Casa Melograno is a carefully renovated stone farmhouse. To get to the house, there is an uphill road not suitable for low-suspension cars, where the first 5 meters are for experienced drivers. The swimming pool has a terrace and wooden pergola, deck chairs, and umbrellas. The whole place is completed by Tuscan furnishings with stone walls, chestnut beams, and terracotta floors. Casa Melograno has 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. A large private garden completes the property.

We will review/respond as soon as possible. Our dream cabin is located in the Municipality of Fiumalbo, Del Frignano Park at an altitude of 1390 meters, under the M.Cimone. From here there are bike and walking, summer and winter hiking trails. On site, e-bikes and snowshoes can be rented. A few kilometers away you can visit the Casentino forest park and enjoy the culinary, cultural and historical emotions of our region. An old wood-burning oven is attached to the cottage.

This is the country house where our family takes a break. You will find here all the tranquility and silence you need to rest and recharge your energies. The house is called "La Vedetta” (the Lookout) because it was used as a lookout tower during the Second World War. You can enjoy a 360 'view of the surrounding mountains (Mount Tezio, Mount Acuto, the hermitage of Montecorona). From here you can quickly reach all the places of interest in Umbria and Tuscany

The Gipsy Home (or Carrozzone Gitano) is a small apartment entirely built by hand in wood, equipped with every essential comfort. Immersed in the greenery of our private structure with swimming pool and barbecue, you will stay in a surreal atmosphere where relax will act as sovereign. You will have a kitchen equipped with a stove and fridge, a fantastic large bed and a bathroom with a very spacious shower. There will be a LED TV and air conditioning.

Twenty minutes from Florence and at the gates of Chianti, you can fully connect with nature while enjoying every comfort: the cabin is equipped with a large exclusive outdoor tub (unheated), air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom with hydromassage shower, large covered outdoor patio to dine or enjoy an aperitif from our farm.

The little house in the garden

It is a little house with two rooms: a living room with the kitchen and a double bed sleeping couch and a double bedroom; there is the bathroom with the shower and a bidet. The kitchen has a gas stove, an oven, the dishwasher, fridge and freezer. We have a TV with satellite reception, a wi- fi, heating and air-conditioning; the huge garden surrounds the house, one can use the beach loungers and the barbeque. There is a private parking space.
