The 140qm apartment is converted into a loft, featuring a light-filled spacious room with an integrated open kitchen and a cozy dining area with a corner bench and a large table. Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Jurtendorf Ding Dong

Dear people, we have made it, the first yurt village in Bavaria has opened - Stay overnight in a yurt, which are actually three individuals. We just connected them. Thus, you have 100 square meters with a terrace. We have 4 beds in each of the outer yurts, so there is space for 8 people. In the middle yurt is the common room that invites you to chill. You can cook either directly at the covered fireplace or in the wooden hut. Shower and toilet in the construction trailer.

In about 10 to 20 minutes you can walk to the Bernried Nature Park and the lakeshore with numerous dreamy swimming coves. A private parking space is available on the property. For bicycles, there is storage space.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

We have a key box for you so you can check in independently at any time. There are no other guests in the house. We live close by, so someone is always there for you when you need support. Here in the middle of the Alps and the Natura 2000 nature reserve, you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation with stunning views of the mountains and an idyllic lake.
