Bright and spacious 3-room attic apartment near the lake with a total of 3 balconies, centrally located in Tutzing. Open rafters on the ceiling. The lake, train station as well as playgrounds, shopping, beer gardens, cafes, and ice cream parlors are all within a few minutes' walk. The beautiful Kustermannpark and the "Brahms" are a 14-minute walk away. There is an organic market just across the property. Family-friendly accommodation. Vacation suitable for people with or without children

Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed on which 2 children or an adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, comfortable folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and in the other direction to the mountains. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk.

Möblierte Wohnung inkl Balkon, frisch renoviert, mit Seeblick in Sackgasse inkl neuem Bad mit Walk-In Dusche, neuen Matratzen und neuem Sofa, komplett neuer Küche inkl neuer Waschmaschine und neuer Spülmaschine Der öffentliche, kleine Badebereich ist direkt vor der Türe. Ihr lauft nur einmal um die Kapelle (siehe Foto) und seid direkt dort. Es gibt ein 180x200cm Bett, ein Schlafsofa von 140x200cm und ein weiteres Schlafsofa von 130x200cm

Romantic cottage by the creek

Fall asleep to the sound of the stream in the Isartal wooden house. There is sun in the summer until 3 pm and a small garden. Fenced in our property and yet with lots of nature and freedom. On the balcony overlooking trees and the stream, which makes its way into Lake Starnberg or in front of the house, overlooking the garden. For chickens and nature lovers, a romantic spot to cuddle and feel good.

Very nice, well equipped, bright and quiet apartment (1, floor, 3 rooms, 85m2). 3 minutes walk to the train station, 3 minutes to Beringerhof, 10 minutes to Lake Starnberg. Fantastic walks, regional train to Munich main station 28 minutes. Relax in this special and quiet space.

Detached wooden house in a very quiet location

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
