The beautiful Kustermannpark and the "Brahms" are a 14-minute walk away. There is an organic market just across the property. Family-friendly accommodation. Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed on which 2 children or an adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, comfortable folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and in the other direction to the mountains. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk.

For bicycles, there is storage space.

Our great-aunt Matilde opened her cottage in the summer months for vacation guests. We follow her example and have created a small cozy place where you can wonderfully relax.
