It is surrounded by meadows and forests, in complete privacy. There are quarries and ponds for swimming, castle ruins, and beautiful walks can be taken right from the door. On foot, by bike, even with a stroller. Jeseník Spa is over the hill, culture lovers will appreciate the Dance Hall in Račí údolí or the castle in Javorník. Do you like good coffee and something good? At Eleanor café in Žulová, they will take care of you royally.

There are outdoor electric blinds on the windows. The house is located on the outskirts of Olomouc in a quiet location by the Bystřice River, which is lined with a bike path. Great for walks. On the second floor there is a cozy bedroom with an electric fireplace. The disadvantage is the 5th floor without an elevator.
