Cabin holiday rentals in Twente

It was very nice three days that we were allowed to spend in Gert's accommodation. Fantastically idyllically furnished with a lot of love and there was everything you needed to have a relaxing stay. We were particularly surprised by the technical equipment. The bed, sofa, and music system were equipped with technical highlights. We will be happy to come back.

What a beautiful farm, stunning views, amazing accommodation and fabulous hosts. Wendy and Peter made our stay so special, we felt like part of the family on the farm. We took part in a fondu evening and were fed by the grandfather with traditional Dutch goodies on New Year’s Eve. What a wonderful place the farm was, very relaxing and one with nature, also very educational for both adults and children. Peter took us on his tractor to a local dairy farm where we learnt a lot about dairy farms and even tasted some raw milk. We had a hot tub with our accommodation and we all enjoyed sitting in this on New Year’s Eve watching all the fireworks in the distance. Thank you so much Wendy and Peter on a lovely stay and we can’t wait to come back and visit in the summer.

Juan and me stayed over one of the Scandinavian cabins for a weekend - it was just so peaceful and nice to feel so relaxed in the middle of nowhere! The atmosphere was friendly and rural, just what we needed. Of course we recommend 100%. To be mentioned: the hottub in the evening was a huge plus!

Can only say that we slept wonderfully but were present too short for complete assessment. Price could have been less but yes everything has a price

We had a lovely stay at Effeniks's! In retrospect, we secretly regret that we hadn't booked much longer. The hot tub with large wide views, exactly where the sun goes down, is wonderful. The cottage is beautiful, clean and equipped with every comfort. Really a place to relax and get out of the daily hustle and bustle.

Very nice and small-scale holiday park with 5 cottages. All the comforts in a green environment. There is a natural swimming pool with sunbeds and you can also use the jacuzzi. Furthermore, you can walk into the woods and there are nice places nearby to visit. Also plenty of restaurants to grab a bite to eat. We enjoyed it and Jean-Pierre is an enthusiastic host.

The stay at the Wellness Lodge was very pleasant. It may be important to know that a few skills are needed to turn on the hot tub (to make a fire). Of course, filling and heating the hot tub also takes its time. Nevertheless, it was worth the time! The place was super well maintained and the location was also very quiet. The hot tub was of course the biggest plus for the price. Hosts are very friendly and quick to help, and they respond very quickly to messages. Definitely a recommendation!

We felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was one night. I'm sure you'll be back.

We had a great stay at the place. There's nothing missing, really there's nothing. Everything was super clean and well maintained and furnished with a lot of love.

Cozy and beautifully finished cottage. Tastefully and cozy. Beautiful spacious veranda where the sun (unfortunately) does not come but around the house enough space to put a chair there for a ray of sunshine.

Johan is a nice and friendly host. In addition, extremely flexible. The cottage is beautifully located in nature and is easily found. Also many options for following beautiful walking and cycling routes. The bathroom and kitchen are simple which is fine. There is a heater available which contributes to the “forest feeling”. We have completely relaxed.

Very nice location and nice introduction, it is a neat modern house with everything we needed. Being able to play with our dog in the fenced garden. Beautiful cycling routes in the surrounding area.

It is a great stay in a quiet location. Water sports, hiking and cycling are great to do in the nearby area. Many beautiful country houses nearby, we had nice weather, which reinforced the feeling of vacation, although we only stayed one night

Had a wonderful short stay in a neatly clean house. Good opportunities for hiking and many dining options within walking distance. Recommended!

We loved our week in your home. It was full of conveniences, super nice. Everything was present and the space was surprisingly large. In the photos you didn't see that it was so spacious. The space is cleverly used and cozy. The contact was smooth and convenient. Nearby so many fun things to do. In the park itself as well and the place Gramsbergen is very charming.

we stayed here over Easter weekend. The house was clean and fully equipped for our 6 month old with a bed, baby bath, highchair and awesome playmat. great kitchen with everything you need. The beautiful garden give lots of privacy and there are lots of lovely birds to see. Would definitely recommend.

It was super nice, quiet and clean, a beautiful green environment that we enjoyed very much. The hosts are very nice and helpful, the garden full of flowers is a real pleasure and our private terrace overlooking the fields with cows was absolutely top. All necessities are present so once you are there you can completely relax :) we hope to come back again.

After a warm welcome from Carolien and Leo, we came to our tinyhouse. Tastefully decorated and a magnificent view. We have enjoyed the area, the sauna and recommended is the hot tub. In addition, the hostess, host had nice tips to do in the area. All in all a top location and definitely a place to come back to again.

What a gem! Beautiful location, like a secret garden. Easy to get to - the bus stop is right at the entrance! Easy walk to Hoge Veluwe park. Great restaurants within walking distance. Loved waking up to the soft cackling of the chickens.

We stayed in the cottage with two adults and our 6-year-old son. The house was located on private property and completely private. It was tastefully and cozily furnished. After a day in Zutphen, or a walk in nature, the fireplace is wonderful. The beds slept wonderfully, the nature was beautiful and the cottage very comfortable! Top place to relax and unwind with a book by the fireplace.

Jannèt will make sure everything is clear in advance for arrival. Upon arrival, we felt welcome by a card and homemade date cake. It is a super nice cottage with everything we needed and an outdoor area with chairs to sit. Jannèt responds adequately to questions and is very helpful. Thanks again for that, Jannèt!

We were there with 5 guys, we actually only wanted to take it as a place to sleep, but we stayed there longer than expected, the flair is great but for someone who wants to do a lot and wants to be on the go is better off in big cities but for the family it would be really nice because you can also see something else there like, farms, animals... etc. but in Overall, everything was really great and thanks again to Anne, we left something behind... and she took it to the post office immediately without any ifs or buts, and thank you for trusting us despite 5 men. Anyone else would have refused out of fear. Thanks again !

The house was really wonderful – everything was very nice, and the evenings especially romantic. The house itself was also good, as was the location – very pleasant and quiet. However, there is a small hint for those who like to fish: If you come mainly for fishing, you should know that fishing is rather difficult there. It almost exclusively bites red feather, and even that only very rarely. You have to feed a lot to get a palm-sized redfin to bite. Carp, zander or pike are hardly to be found there and extremely difficult to catch. Of course, this can also be related to the weather conditions. In short, if you are planning a fishing trip with a focus on fishing, this place may not be the best choice. However, if you want to travel with family and children to relax and occasionally cast a line, this place is perfect for it.

A wonderful place in a beautiful area. Perfect for little kids. When the weather is nice, they play wonderfully in the very spacious garden and the parents only have to enjoy the view!
