De grootste woonkamer heeft een open keuken met rustgevende uitzichten naar de tuin toe. Je kunt rondom de woning zitten er is altijd plek in de zon. Er is ook een jacuzzi en sauna buiten. Binnen is er een race simulator (fantatec) vooral leuk voor race fans! Op loopafstand ben je in het bos, Paleis het Loo, Apenheul en/of Julianatoren.

(6 to 15p) This detached Mansion from 1935 is located right in the center of Emmen just a few minutes' walk from the shopping center, the station, forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. The entire upstairs apartment is about half of this Villa with its own kitchen, living room, bath, shower and 2 toilets. This space can accommodate up to 16 people. The minimum booking is 6 people 2 nights. Final cleaning at an extra cost if desired
