We offer our 1-room apartment in Mittelberg. The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, and in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

Being busy travellers ourselves, we aimed to create a space that welcomes and makes you feel at ease once you have arrived at your vacation home. We have sourced unique pieces of furniture, from second hand markets in Vienna and Cape Town, auction houses and museum pieces directly from designers, such as Marco Dessi. The furniture is complemented by our art collection.

Enjoy the tranquility in a village not far from Innsbruck and the many sights of Innsbruck, Hall, Wattens and Schwaz. Whether cultural, hiking in the mountains or skiing in winter. We, Elisabeth and Christian, with our dog Diego live next door and are available for questions and requests. With Wi-Fi, it is also possible to quickly check the email post on the terrace or even work from home with a direct view of the mountains such as Glungezer or the Karwendel.

A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.
