Cottage holiday rentals in Tyrrhenian Sea

Davide and Annalisa's cottage was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as the pictures showed. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our last week in Italy. Breakfast out on the patio with the birds chirping and surrounded by nature was a great way to start the day. Davide lit the heater for the hot tub for us and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening relaxing. Davide and Annalisa were full of good recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit. The cottage is within driving distance of so much - Pisa, Florence, Siena and of course San Gimignano just to name a few. All the amenities we needed were included, the WIFI was great and the cottage was very comfortable. I would highly recommended staying here and if we are ever in the vicinity we would certainly stay here again.

Lovely, peaceful, spacious place with a kind and generous host in Simone. He met us as we arrived and used his wagon to help move our luggage into the cottage. Big rooms, lots of space, many handy supplies in the kitchen. Good shower, comfortable bed. Enough bench space in the bathroom to put your things. Simone was really helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and where to park the car. One day he made a delicious tart and bought us in half. Would recommend staying at his place.

J'ai déjà eu l'occasion de venir chez Emmanuelle et je ne suis jamais déçu. Le cadre est magnifique, le logement parfait et Emmanuelle est une hôte attentionnée. Je ne peux que recommander et j'espère y revenir prochainement.

We had a great stay here. The views are simply fantastic and the terrace and nice livingroom really allow you to soak it up. The nearby beaches are pristine and secluded. we would definitely stay here again.

Le logement était propre a l'intérieur et la vue est superbe sur la mer et les montagnes . L'emplacement ne pouvait être mieux situer. a deux minutes a pied de commerce et restaurent et le village de Sant'Agata est très jolie avec plusieurs bon restaurant et pas de pas de tourisme de masse. Je recommande ce logement.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in beautiful Scopello. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the terrace was perfect for meals and relaxing together. There was plenty of space for the five of us to hang out, and having enough lounge chairs was a big plus. The villa was clean and well-kept. While sharing one bathroom was a bit of a challenge at times, we still really enjoyed our time. All in all, a great place to unwind in a stunning location.

We loved our stay here so much and didn't want to leave. Ivan and his family are wonderful hosts, always there to help with a smile, but lots of space for everybody. They work hard and have earned their amazing reputation with locals and holiday makers. Our kids loved the pool, the space to play and the kittens! Thank you so much Ivan, we would love to come back one day.

This place is truly a 10/10. I’ve stayed at dozens of BNBs over this year and I have to say that this is one of my absolute favorites. Every detail, from the decor to the cleanliness to the nature to the spaciousness, is phenomenal. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! One thing to keep in mind is that it’s nestled quite far into the mountains so whenever we went on day trips like to Pienza or Pitigliano, it was always around an hour drive or more.

Der Kurzurlaub bei Olga war für uns mit einer der Schönsten. Wer sich einfach mal entspannen möchte und pure Natur genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Ruhe, toller Ausblick und weg vom Alltäglichen. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man benötigt, der Pool ist perfekt zum Abkühlen und die Umgebung lädt zum Träumen ein. Als Tipp: Unser Navi (VW) konnte besser mit den angegebenen Koordinaten, als mit der Adresse führen. Auch der Empfang, mit den wichtigsten Dingen (Milch/Eier/Brot) ist absolut erwähnenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und sagen DANKE!

We had a truly wonderful stay. Gorgeous views from 3 terraces/balconies. Feeling of privacy, quiet, flowers and birds. Beds comfy, everything works. Martine is so lovely and was so helpful with ideas on where to go. Really cannot recommend highly enough. Merci Martine and hope to be back soon! xxx

We had a wonderful stay at Stazzi, the cottage was lovely and we had a great time and space outside to sit and relax. Inside had all you needed. Peaceful, secure and beautiful landscape and sights. We spend a few days and traveled around different cities and the coast line. If you want peace, relaxing surroundings and private. Just like we like it. Recommended for people who enjoy outside life but also the bustling and lively cities and coastline, which can be reached very easily by car. Thank you for having us!

The Lakehouse is even better than the pictures, it’s a perfect place to relax or as a base to explore the local area. The villa also has kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake. The hosts David and Chrissie are the most accommodating organised people I have come across on air bnb. I highly recommend.

What an absolute oasis - we greatly enjoyed our stay here. While it was a bit far from some of our Tuscan destinations, we didn’t mind at all. It was well worth the trip and still close to some other towns that were lovely to visit. The weather wasn’t warm enough for us to enjoy the pool but would be a perfect getaway during a hot summer! The bed was so comfortable we missed it when we left, we slept better here than anywhere else in Italy during our trip.

Ein sehr besonderes Häuschen auf einem großen eingewachsenen Grundstück, von einer Hauskatze bewacht, dass Ruhe und vieles mehr an Annehmlichkeiten bietet. Die pfiffige Außendusche, Leuchtkäfer in den umliegenen Wiesen in der Nacht, die voll ausgestattete Küche und vieles mehr - wofür wir gar keine Zeit hatten (Beamer, Plattenspieler, Pizzaofen, ...). Gastgeber Marco erklärt in einem Video die wichtigsten Dinge vorab, sodass man in Vorfreude gut informiert ankommt. Der Kontakt mit ihm war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - er antwortete in kürzester Zeit.

The house and our stay exceeded our expectations, it is a wonderful place with extremely helpful hosts. We are coming back homes relaxed after just three days stay.

A very beautiful and designed house located in the countryside close to the south east costway. Walking distance (2,5km) to the nearest beach. Plenty of nice beaches along the costline. A nice area for sport activities as well as recreation. Stefania is a friendly host, and she fullfilled all our expectations. We stayed 3 weeks and had the oportunity to visit a lot of interesting places in southern Sardinia. This is a place we can strongly recommend.

We were so lucky to find this cute little treasure and had an amazing stay! Renata welcomed us super warmly in the late evening and also gave us local tips for beaches and restaurants. The place itself has is aesthetically designed - if you‘re a fan of a natural colours and a love for details you will for sure enjoy this place. The kitchen was outdoors next to the beautiful terrace, which faces the countless orange and lemon trees in the garden. It is definitely a place for slowing down 💛 We can definitely recommend it for the south of Sardinia!

Pier e Pilar sono stati host eccezionali. Gentili, prodighi di consigli e pronti ad accogliere le richieste legate alle esigenze del nostro piccolo di 10 mesi. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione ed è in una zona tranquilla e arieggiata. La spiaggia più bella di Chia è a meno di 5 minuti di auto. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa. Ottima anche l’accoglienza e l’assistenza in loco di Patrizia. Cortesia e gentilezza qui sono di casa.

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Ferienanlage. Zweckmässig und schlicht eingerichtet. Gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Host Marco. Auf der Veranda sitzen und essen mit Blick zum Meer - wunderbar.

Fijn contact, rustige sfeer, liefdevolle aandacht voor de omgeving en de inrichting van het huis. Kleine attenties als een heerlijke bonensoep en olijfjes van eigen oogst, zelfgemaakte muffins. Kortom, een plek waarvan we ons moesten losmaken. Dank daarvoor Francesco en Stefania.

This was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Beautiful views, gorgeous cottage and very kind hosts. We were after somewhere peaceful with lovely views and it was all that and more. The cottage is beautiful and very peaceful. The hosts were there if we needed them but also respected our privacy. Lovely gifts from the bakery would arrive as a surprise for us - felt totally spoilt. We will be back!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Salvatore and Paola's cottage for a week! Salvatore communicated via messages prior to check in to ensure a smooth experience and offered many suggestions for local restaurants, beaches & points of interest. He, Paola & their 2 dogs were so welcoming and friendly! Salvatore joined us on the terrace one day with a bottle of limoncello made by Paola's mother...a refreshing and delicious, unexpected and thoughtful treat! He also left us some delicious loquat medlar fruit (which I never heard of) that he picked on the property. The cottage is very cozy, simply and beautifully decorated and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay! All necessities were provided and like new (towels/sheets, kitchenware, soap/shampoo) as well as extras like olive oil, spices, coffee/tea/juice and cookies. The terrace was extra amazing & offered a relaxing start and end to each day, with amazing ocean and sunset views! We Highly Recommend!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique villa avec une vue incroyable ! La maison est plus grande en realité que ce que les photos ne laissent imaginer. La piscine chauffée à débordement, les nombreuses terrasses qui permettent d’avoir le soleil ou l'ombre a tout moment de la journée, la vue imprenable sur la nature environnante... on a adoré cette maison. Le revers de la médaille c'est évidemment les 10 minutes de voiture pour la première boulangerie ou commerce, mais c’est le prix a payer pour une telle situation. Je recommande !
