Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Tyrrhenian Sea

Lovely location that was perfect for resting our weary bones toward the end of our trip. The hot tub was lovely, the attention to detail was superb, and our hosts Martina and Gianmarco were very quick to reply and provide helpful tips or directions. There were a few steps to get into the flat (like five steps no flights of stairs) and a few steps inside the flat itself. All easy for us but if someone has limited mobility, something to consider. Flat’s on the ground floor otherwise! Dining room and kitchen were huge and well stocked. Bed very comfortable. Heard no road or city noise whatsoever. Instructions were very clear. Our laundry took a long time to dry (humid weather) but Martina provided tips promptly to help us out! Very walkable location with a metro stop just down the street, and can easily get a taxi to the sites that are further away. Gelateria dell’Angeletto was 10/10 and just a couple blocks away, got gelato there I think 3x? We loved staying here!

We had a wonderful 5 days in Sanary-sur-mer. The apartment is small but perfectly sufficient for 2 people, cozy and clean. We felt right at home. The location is fantastic. In the middle of the old town, but also directly on the breathtaking harbor with countless small boutiques and restaurants. It is also only a few minutes' walk to the beach for swimming. Unfortunately, there is no balcony, but this did not detract from our joy about this vacation in this fantastic place. There are lots of benches and lounges around the harbor, where you can also have a picnic, etc. Communication with loyce was very friendly and courteous, everything worked out great. we would come back any time. thank you so much!

I really loved the historic building that the apartment is in, and the historic touches in the apartment itself - it felt like a authentic Napoli experience! I liked sitting on the balcony feeling like I was soaking in the neighbourhood. This is a very comfortable and well-equipped space. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper sachets - things I've had to buy and then leave at other AirBnBs. Maria and her husband were very kind and helpful, meeting me at the apartment and showing me how to use things. They even gave me some lemons from their own tree. Wish I could have stayed longer! Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better. A very modern design, good energy making it easy to relax, cook and enjoy. We highly recommend and we’ll be coming back on our next visit. Thank you!

Incredible location, clean, and comfortable for our family of 4! Perfect location to see all the sights of Rome! Especially loved being so close to Piazza Nova! Would definitely recommend staying here!

This place was the perfect place to stay in Florence. It was close enough to the hustle and bustle to walk to easily but far enough that you felt like you had some space from the crowds. There are plenty of restaurants, gelato places, little grocery stores, etc. within short walking distances. We enjoying our evening strolls to dinner and drinks. It is a straight shot to get to the Ponte Vecchio and other prominent places. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the AC was much appreciated after our long, hot days outside. Having two bathrooms for 3 people was the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend this place!

we had a really exceptional stay! Aurélie knew how to make a little corner of paradise, charming, decorated with great taste, extremely clean and equipped with lots of details making the stay perfect! The place is peaceful, the little jacuzzi corner is very popular! Aurélie was very available and responsive. If the opportunity arises, we will return with great joy!

Wow! This place is amazing! Beautiful scenery, amazing farm, and a short walk to Caizzo center with restaurants, grocery store, shopping etc. The rooms look better than the photos. They are comfortable and large. Ilaria is such a kind host who really takes the time to get to know you. She even made us breakfast with fresh squeezed lemonade and farm fresh eggs. Would recommend this to anyone traveling!

Amelia and Kevin were very discreet, but they were still in their place if we needed them. The house is wonderful, very nice, clean. There is everything, the kitchen is super equipped, very high quality pots, kitchen robots, glasses and glasses of all kinds. They left us fresh bread, milk, and other things. Also given the temperatures I had asked for fresh water when we arrived and we were satisfied. The rooms are all beautiful, very comfortable beds. The living room with the home teather is an added value. The beautiful infinity pool, lights that create an atmosphere. In short, the photos reflect the reality, on the contrary, being there is even better. If you need to get away from the chaos this place is for you... at night you can't hear a single noise. Thanks to Amalia and Kevin, always smiling and kind. I hope to be back!

The hosts behaved incredibly well, they quickly answered all our questions, they gave us all the useful information about the house and the surroundings by constantly ensuring if all the need is met, I have only words of praise about them and the house that looks impeccable and did not miss anything. All the necessary accessories were present.

We loved our stay at Manlio’s apartment in Positano. The view and accommodations were fantastic. Manlio personally greeted us and helped us bring our luggage up after coordinating a private car from the airport to the apartment. It is in a prime location in Positano and perfect for a couple. Manlio is extremely knowledgeable about Positano and the surrounding area, very responsive and extremely friendly. We’d recommend anyone looking to visit Positano stay with Manlio.

We had a lovely stay. The house was clean and easily accessible. Unfortunately a bit off the beaten path; but then very quiet. David can't do anything for the annoying dogs every morning. We were a little disappointed with the location of the river. We assumed it was right behind the rented house. But the short walk there was totally ok. Same goes for the washed out rocks "slightly above" the house. "A little above" are about 15 minutes by car to the mountains to the parking lot and then another good 10 minutes on foot downhill. But the way is worth it; it was fantastically beautiful.

We had a great time at Emilie's place. It's very airy and well arranged. The decor is tastefully done and many amenities are present. A big plus for the hot tub which is very nice to relax after a hot day. The accommodation is located in the heights of Ajaccio, which makes its environment very quiet. The first beaches are about 10 min drive and the center of Ajaccio is the same distance. Emilie is very friendly and very responsive to messages. I would highly recommend her place.

We had a fantastic stay at Daisy's. An apartment on the top floor. The air conditioning worked fine. The apartment looks like the pictures. Very well equipped. Coffee, tea available. There were rolls and water in the fridge waiting for us. Even disposable slippers were prepared for us. Very good location. Close to bus stops and less than 10 minutes to the subway. I recommend it. Next time I'm in Rome, I'll definitely use Daisy's apartment.

Danielle was a great host! Sent very clear videos of how to get the key and get inside! Was so helpful with recommendations of beaches, restaurants, and places of interest. Sent a lot of information and replied very quickly! The penthouse was very well kept, very spacious, especially outside on the balcony! Had everything you could need. Highly recommend! Great host!
