Loft holiday rentals in Tyrrhenian Sea

Our stay was great! Right in the middle of Treversie, exactly as described. You are in the middle of the action, great little shops, restaurants, and bars near by. But as you are in the middle of the action there is noise, not always noticeable, but that depends on the night. We stayed over the weekend to enjoy the food and night life and were very happy. Highly suggest for those looking for a good time. Great little Cafe/Bar in the Piazza. Long Island Cafe check it out.

Le voyage s’est très bien passé, Massimo envoie toutes les informations en temps et en heure. L’appartement est très bien localisé avec un accès à pieds pour de nombreux monuments et restaurants. C’était parfait ! Merci ☺️

It was absolutely sublime, provided one doesn’t have trouble climbing stairs and is not carrying heavy luggage…that said, Francesco very kindly & gallantly carried my suitcase for me…I was there during fabulous sunny weather so the loft with it’s partly glass roof and terrace could not have been more appreciated!

Sergio’s place was right in the Old Town. Walkable to most attractions. Tons of restaurants nearby. The place was clean and Sergio was great at making us feel right at home.

A nice place to stay when traveling in Florence. The host provides detail information of the room when checking in and is always helpful. The room has a wonderful view!

Die Unterkunft ist in jeder Hinsicht außergewöhnlich: Man genießt einen wunderbaren Blick auf das schöne Dorf Castelsardo mit Blick auf die Burg, es ist ruhig, es ist blitzsauber und vor allem finden sich in dem Apartment nicht irgendwelche billigen Möbel oder ähnliche austauschbare Dinge, sondern sehr schöne Einzelstücke aus schönen Materialien, die von Handwerkern/Künstlern aus Sardinien gefertigt wurden. Antonio ist zudem unglaublich schnell erreichbar gewesen. (wenn ich eine Nachricht geschrieben habe, kam in der Regel die Antwort innerhalb von 1 Minute). Die Unterkunft und der Gastgeber sind in jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen. Wir danken sehr herzlich für den sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Castelsardo.

Ein tolles Loft mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf das Meer (sogar vom Bett aus). Es ist ein schöner Ort, um sich zu erholen. Und zu Fuss dauert es nur 20 Minuten bis zum Strand. Wenn ihr plant mit ÖV zu kommen, schaut den Fahrplan vorher an. Marco kennt einen schönen Spaziergang der Küste entlang, fragt ihn gerne danach.

We had a wonderful stay! Thank you for your kind hospitality. Everyone was so responsive and willing to help. The Airbnb was spotless clean and extremely cute. The landscaping was beautiful with the flowers and surrounding lemon trees. Pool was spotless, very clean and much needed! Thank you for having such a wonderful place to stay! Daniela’s apartment is super clean, modern, fully equipped and quiet. She is extremely helpful and responsive. For the price, I felt I got great value! Before booking, I would get acquainted with the bus system so you take a bus to sights and do most of walking around the sites not necessarily to the sites. Close to the piazza Michelangelo with a great view of Firenze. Bravisima, Grazie Mille, Daniela!

I travel the world for work and spend at least a 1/3 or better of my life away from home. My time with family is important, especially on vacations. I’ve seen good and bad but this experience was outstanding!! I give Fede and Ric 5 stars only because I can’t give them 6 or 7. So do yourself a favor and book their place now if it’s available for your Rome vacation. They are locals and they are passionate about their family, friends, and their city. Their apartment is perfect for 4 people. It’s an oasis in the timeless city of Rome for your next trip here. Fede is a master communicator and organizer. Ric is right there with her. Every detail was covered. They went above and beyond for my family and far exceeded our expectations. They provided very solid advice when we had questions regarding tours, places to eat, and things to do while in Rome. Of the AirBNB’s we have stayed at through the years, they are #1. Don’t risk ruining your Rome vacation by staying somewhere else.

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

I cannot say enough great things about Chiara’s beautiful Airbnb! This amazing gem is nestled into the beautiful Tuscan countryside and has everything you would ever need from parking, laundry, ping pong, and the most gorgeous pool I’ve ever seen. We had such a great stay and Chiara was very responsive to any questions we had. There are a couple close restaurants as well as a grocery store about 10 minutes away that we went to. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and the pool was so refreshing after our days of exploring. Chiara leaves a great bottle of wine that we enjoyed the first night on our private balcony overlooking the gorgeous views. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we ever come back!!

This place is spectacular. The building is historic and gorgeous. People stop as they walk by to photograph the fascinating architecture. The apartment has been totally renovated while preserving the historic stone work.the location is great, a few steps away from the famous one Vecchio. You can walk anywhere you want to go in Florence. Alfredo and Maurizio are the perfect hosts. They can’t do enough for you and they’re both easily accessible and promptly responsive. I can recommend this property to anyone who wants a unique and memorable experience in Florence.

Le Loft est tres bien placé, à proximité de restaurants, boulangerie et supermarché. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture, Royal! De plus, Bravo car tout équipé, cela faisait longtemps qu'on n'avait pas eu un appartement avec autant d'équipement à disposition ! Kevin est super, bel accueil, plein d'explication et des recommandations.., très flexible et très réactif, on sent qu'il tient à ce que ces clients soient au petit soin et c'est top ! On retient l'adresse et on reviendra avec plaisir !

Alessandro's apartment is an absolute dream! We spent a week there after a wedding celebration in Tuscany and could not have enjoyed our time there more! The apartment is very pretty and well thought-out. The house sits in a 8 acre property that we were able to use as well. Our dog absolutely loved it, too! The lush green garden gave the location a very special feel, evening fireflies and starry skies included. Alessandro is a wonderful host, very personable and kind. I don't think I've ever met a host that was so friendly and open. A truly unique experience! I highly recommend staying at Alessandro's :)

Loft in borgo medioevale molto caratteristico. Host ospitale e disponibile. Ambiente pulito, dotato di ogni confort. Posizione ottima per visitare le calle della costa, passando serate in relax e tranquillità.

Io e mio marito ci siamo trovati benissimo. La signora Angela e suo marito sono davvero molto gentili e alla mano. La casa è davvero deliziosa , puliutissima e fornita di tutto ciò che serve. Per non parlare degli spazi esterni, si è circondati dal verde e dalla pace. Struttura consigliatissima Maria Rosaria e Luciano

My best stay in italy! Italians are in general friendlier than Germans (i'm German). But Maria goes one step further and shines with a hospitality that I have never experienced before. She really takes time for every little thing. She helped me to find my way around and through her I was able to meet wonderful and also very helpful people. Here in alfano you can relax in this huge apartment, have two balconies, the breathtaking view and this silence is just perfect after a long working day (working remotely). You get internet from your smartphone, the connection is first class despite the many mountains. You can arrive by car or, like me, take the bus from sapri and be in front of the huge courtyard in just over an hour. There is even a pizza oven in the courtyard. Ah pizza...just around the corner in 200 meters you can get some really good pizza from a pizzeria. If you are looking for relaxation and don't mind a few meters of altitude, then alfano is a great place.

The room, surrounding area, and Annie were all great. My only issue was being so far from the center of rome as i am a study abroad student, but that was a personal issue. Great place to stay if you don’t mind that. Annie was very helpful. Gave directions, recommendations, and was flexible with check in and check out. Great overall stay.

A pochi passi dal mare, vicino a ristoranti e supermercati, spazioso e pulito, aria condizionata che ci ha aiutato a sopravvivere durante le giornate più afose, ottimo prezzo visto la zona in cui si trova.

Liliana è stata molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato una serie di consigli utili. L' appartamento è piccolino ma perfetto per due persone e per un breve soggiorno, super centrale e in un contesto molto tranquillo, vicino non soltanto ai vari luoghi di interesse ma anche a degli ottimi ristoranti. Non esiterei a tornarci
