A long corridor that crosses the apartment, spacious entrance and private terrace on the internal courtyard. Third lounge with sofa-bed and city-view. Dining room with panoramic views of the Duomo of Siena and Basilica of San Domenico which stand out over the medieval roofs of Siena a few meters from us. Fully equipped kitchen with laundry area. It occupies the entire second floor our 1600's palace and offers unique and privileged views of Siena and its architectural wonders. We are on Banchi sopra Sopra, the main course of the historical center of Siena, below the house you will find the best shops in the center with all the brands of high fashion, lots of restaurants; Wineries, Bars and Supermarkets with typical Tuscan products.

Casa situata nel cuore del Centro Storico di Cefalù, a 200 mt dal mare e 200 mt da Piazza Duomo. Appartamento completamente indipendente, è dotato di un ampio cortile interno e di una zona relax con vasca idromassaggio e bagno turco. The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Al piano inferiore troverete un ampio soggiorno con un arredamento semplice ed elegante, al piano superiore le quattro camere matrimoniali. Due di queste hanno una piccola terrazza con una splendida vista sul mare. Al livello inferiore ci sono diverse belle terrazze, ognuna con una prospettiva diversa sullo spettacolare panorama marino.

Chalet de la Mauna (Spa en option)

Si le chalet affiche complet aux dates souhaitées, vous retrouverez également le chalet des Loups. À noter : la chambre du haut n'a pas beaucoup de hauteur sous plafond. Attention, le barbecue est un barbecue sauvage. Donc, s'il y a un arrêté préfectoral, celui-ci est interdit. Concernant le jacuzzi, indiquez dans la description que celui-ci est un bain romain qui se trouve dans l'espace bien-être. C'est une option, ainsi que le sauna et tout ce qui va avec.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
