This place is perfect for peace and relaxation on a trip to Rome. Very close to the local train station and a few great restaurants and bakeries. The airbnb is beautiful and spotless, and the bed is very comfortable. The balcony is a great highlight, and Maria is a great and welcoming host. We will stay again any time when in rome!

That’s was a wonderful stay. The flat is modern and well designed and located in the city center. Angie (the host) showed to us everything what we needed. Highly recommend that place! The price is definitely worth it!

The apartment was walking distance from the train station, which made getting around easy and affordable. Grocery store and small restaurant close by. Host was responsive when there was an issue.

Os pontos turísticos são suficientemente pertos para ir a pé e muito perto da estação de trem principal. Mas o ponto alta dessa estadia é a anfitriã Olga. Ela é inacreditavelmente calorosa, educada e amável. Obrigada por tudo Olga!

Wunderschönes besonderes Haus aus dem 16. Jahrhundert mit wunderschönem Garten. Ein Muss für jeden der hier vorbei kommt und zur Ruhe kommen möchte. Auto ist aber Voraussetzung. Es locken viele Sehenswürdigkeiten die mit dem Auto gut erreichbar sind. Um Umbrien zu entdecken ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great place to stay. The apartment is spacious, light and well equipped. Unfortunately the reason for our stay was to be near the hospital, but the apartment is also walking distance from the Colosseum and other sights in central Rome. Fabrizio, Roberto and Dana were extremely kind to us which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The surroundings are picturesque, offering a true sense of peace and tranquility. Throughout our stay, Irene was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. She took care of every little detail, such as providing recommendations for local attractions, which truly enhanced our overall enjoyment. Her hospitality made our time there even more memorable, allowing us to fully relax and appreciate the beauty of the rural landscape.

Great apartment with a nice view of Isola Bella! Everything was very clean and the hosts were really friendly. We especially enjoyed the pool!

LRA Cannes is very communicative and has their office conveniently located just next door to the apartment. The apartment is 4 full bedrooms in the center of the city with a skylight view.

Rebecca was extremely accommodating and gave great recommendations. I will return to SoF and would probably stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house and apartment were exactly as described – beautiful and well-maintained, and the location was just as great. The host was very responsive, and communication was clear and helpful whenever we had questions. The breakfast was exceptional, with a fantastic selection of local food and freshly prepared eggs, coffee, and more – truly a highlight of our mornings. The furniture, cleanliness, and the garden/terraces were all excellent, and the surrounding area added to the overall experience. The only downside we encountered was with the bathroom – the shower is level with the rest of the bathroom and is only separated by a curtain, which leads to water splashing everywhere if you’re not careful. Additionally, if the curtain blocks the drain, the water level can rise significantly, and due to the slope of the floor, water can spill out of the bathroom into the apartment. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and given the high price, we believe...

My stay at this Airbnb on Via di Capo le Case was wonderful! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Rome, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with a functional kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi. The highlight was the beautiful terrace and roof deck area, which offered a fantastic space to relax and enjoy the Roman skyline. The host was responsive and enhanced our trip. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

First time to Rome. My wife and I traveled and stayed here with another couple. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was ample space to hang out in between touring the city. There was no promise of early check in but I was delighted when we were to get in a few hours earlier than advertised! We were exhausted from overnight travel…. If/when we return to Rome, this is where we will stay. Don’t overthink your lodging, book this place!

Très bon séjour. Pascale est une hôte très sympathique, disponible et à l’écoute. La résidence est très bien située et le logement est très bien équipé. Nous recommandons vivement. Pour les amateurs, n’oubliez pas vos raquettes, il y a un très beau terrain de tennis!
