Waterfront holiday rentals in Tyrrhenian Sea

Lorenzo’s home was fabulous! Right on the beach with a fantastic large patio area outside in the garden. The pictures do not show how truly beautiful the space is. Lorenzo is an exceptional host as he helped us figure out how to pay a parking ticket we had received. This is a great home for families.

Our family of 3 stayed 11 nights at David's apartment in Nice and it was amazing. The location along the Promenade was a long walk from Old Nice but it offered the most amazing views of the entire Promenade and the sea, and the local neighborhood was charming and walkable. It was only a 10-minute car ride to the central train station, which is so convenient for traveling everywhere in the French Riviera. We attended the Monaco Grand Prix and the round-trip was really easy. Inside, the living room was spacious, bright and airy thanks to the large glass doors opening onto the Promenade. The master bedroom was also quite roomy with plenty of closets and a private balcony. The second bedroom was significantly smaller yet bright and featured a well-appointed adjacent bathroom. David and his team were incredibly professional and responsive to minor requests, and their communication is a model for other managers on Airbnb. We would highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in the Nice!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to any questions. He gave us a heads up with a taxi strike happening on the day of our arrival to prepare us. He gave us specific instructions on how to get to his place from the airport utilizing the Allibus. He was flexible with our check-in/check-out. He also had snacks for us upon arrival. We stayed in 3 separate Airbnbs on our trip and we got the best sleep here. The place was beautiful and great location. His home had such character and matched the pictures. You felt the historical charm yet the bathrooms had a modern feel with large walk-in showers with great water pressure. The seaside was right at the corner with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores all within just a minute or two walking distance. This was our favorite stop of our trip. This place is beautiful! The views are amazing, and do not disappoint. The wall to Amalfi is only about 11 minutes from here, and extremely manageable. It was nice to stay in Atrani, which was a but quieter than Amalfi itself.

We had a very lovely stay at this apartment - the host was welcoming and patient because we arrived a bit late for our check-in on the first night. They gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling rosé along with some delicious biscuits, which was a really nice touch as well. The apartment is very beautiful, and we especially loved the balcony and living room area, with fabulous views of the coastline. You don't get a full sunset, as the sun sets behind the mountains, but it is still nice and for most of the evening the balcony is a sun trap. The were nice views, but the beach opposite the flat seemed a little bit dirty to be honest. But there are loads of beautiful beaches around the Amalfi Coast, and this apartment is well situated to explore places nearby. My only other critique is that we weren't shown how to use the air con units on arrival, so the apartment was very hot at night, and too noisy to open windows due to the busy main road. Other than that - really enjoyed!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in dem kleinen Apartment mit Blick aufs Meer. Morgens aufzuwachen und vom Bett aufs Meer zu sehen ist wirklich toll. Iryna ist eine super Gastgeberin die schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Sie hat uns gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Supermärkte für die nähere Umgebung gegeben. Casa Caldeiro was the perfect stay and exceeded our already high expectations! The view is incredible—photos truly don’t do it justice—and the location might be the best in all of Positano. You’re just minutes from everything you’ll need, yet the apartment feels completely peaceful and removed from the bustle as soon as you step through the gates. The walk down to the apartment is also stunning. Grady was a fantastic host, offering trustworthy recommendations and making check-in and check-out incredibly easy. I highly recommend taking his referrals for porters and taxis—they made our entire stay completely stress-free. We would, without hesitation, stay here again. The value is unmatched, and we’ll gladly refer any friends visiting Positano in the future.

We had a fantastic time at the Marco Polo house! Beautiful surroundings and views enhanced by a very nice Mediterranean interior design. We loved the house and it was very convenient for us. You're minutes away from everything and from beautiful little coves where you can enjoy a morning swim :-) We highly recommend this airbnb.

I've stayed in many Airbnb's with my family and Giorgio's home in Casamicciola was my favorite. The views and location are amazing, you will never get tired of that view! The town is very accessible and there's plenty to see nearby or by public transport/taxi. The home is quite spacious, 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for those families/groups wanting their own separate space. Giorgio is very responsive and accommodating, the perfect host!

Wir waren das 1. Mal in Giovanna‘s Haus. Sofort haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Man merkt, dass sehr viel Liebe in das Haus gesteckt wurde. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Incredible little cottage next to the sea. You share a courtyard with other apartments that has direct access to the beach. The cottage has a private terrace overlooking the sea, where we spent much of our time. Just a wonderful place--peaceful and serene with a few restaurants and bars in walking distance. Maia was a great host who gave clear instructions and communicated well.

Tout s’est très bien passé, Lola nous a accueilli et accompagné, le contact est très bien passé. Le village est magnifique et l’emplacement de l’appartement au bord de l’eau très reposant. La petite terrasse surplombant la mer était très agréable. Nous espérons revenir très prochainement.

Fantastic, friendly host that was very helpful throughout our stay and communication was excellent through the whole process. The accommodation was as described and had all the amenities for a very comfortable and relaxed stay. The location is great; we had a late arrival but only had a handful of meters to walk where we were warmly greated by the hosts family member; fabulous restaurants, beaches, transport options all within minutes of the accommodation. Would highly recommend staying here and visiting the island of Ischia!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist absolut TOP! Graziella ist sehr nett und reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten. Der Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Nachts ist es ruhig und man kann in den großen Betten super schlafen. An den Fenstern befinden sich Fliegengitter. Handtücher und Strandtücher sowie Küchentücher sind voll vorhanden. Auch Schirme für den Strand. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Auch der Ort und die Umgebung haben sehr viel zu bieten! Vielen Dank Graziella, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften!

Nuestra experiencia en el alojamiento de Margherita fue inmejorable. Desde el primer momento, ella fue una anfitriona excepcional: muy amable, atenta y siempre disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier duda o recomendación. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por el bienestar de sus huéspedes. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y relajante. La ubicación era ideal: en una zona tranquila pero cerca de todo lo importante, con fácil acceso a transporte, tiendas y restaurantes. La cama era comodísima, la cocina estaba bien equipada, y cada rincón del lugar estaba decorado con mucho gusto. Además, Margherita tuvo detalles encantadores con nosotros que hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer día. Definitivamente recomendamos este alojamiento y sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos con Margherita. ¡Gracias por todo!

This apartment is in an amazing location right in the centre of Cefalù. The balcony view of the cathedral is truly stunning. Antonio was super responsive and left clear instructions and great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was beautiful - it seems to have been decorated since the photos were taken so there were some differences but great overall.

Our stay at Federico’s apartment was wonderful. We had a very relaxing time and we were blown away by the attentiveness of our host. The apartment was incredibly well stocked with everything from beach equipment to more than enough coffee pods. We look forward to returning one day!

Francesco’s place was a fantastic stay—beautiful, luxurious, and spotless. It’s conveniently located within a 20-minute walk from the train station and just a short walk to the docks if you’re planning to take a ferry along the Amalfi Coast. The apartment is close to great restaurants and the beach, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Despite being in a lively area, the inside was incredibly quiet, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Highly recommend staying here!

Byt bol v samom srdci historického mesta ,nádherne výhľady z každej izby ,skvele posedenie na balkóne a možnosť vychutnať si pravú atmosféru priamo v centre.❤️ Byt je nádherne zariadený v úžasnom štýle presne ako na fotkách. Tento apartmán sme si hneď zamilovali a určite sa radi vrátime pri najbližšej návšteve ! Ďakujeme aj za fľašu vína ktorá nás čakala na privítanie taktiež skvela káva ☕️. Le logement est très bien situé et facile à trouver. Les lits sont confortables et la cuisine bien équipée. Raphaëlle répond très vite et est très convivial. Nous étions près des prises en charge pour les excursions. Très bon choix !

Es war von Anfang bis Ende sehr schön. Catherine hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und war sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Umgebung sowie die Unterkunft waren sehr schön. Die Aussicht unbezahlbar.
