Holiday houses in Tyrrhenian Sea

We absolutely loved loved loved this space! It was stunning inside with a gorgeous patio and surrounded by all the fun of Trastevere. I was amazed that with all the fun and noise in the neighborhood, it was tranquil and peaceful inside the apartment! We slept so well. Cannot wait to come back and have an amazing stay!

The villa is absolutely beautiful, we loved spending time in this relaxing place. Having access to the pool was so appreciated with the hot temperatures. Annachiara was super helpful in helping us locate the villa on our first arrival, and helped us with recommendations for local places to eat at and visit. The villa is located up a steep hill so a car or scooter is definitely needed to reach it, also need to beware of narrow roads nearby. It was our first time driving in Italy so definitely an experience we won't forget 😂. The local Poseidon spa is also amazing and 100% worth a visit if you stay in Forio. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

Die Unterkunft war einfach nur perfekt für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in Cagliari. Man hat wirklich einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Da die Wohnung im Bereich des Castello liegt empfiehlt es sich bei der Anfahrt mit dem Auto im nahegelegenen Parkhaus "Regina Elena (Apcoa)" zu parken. Anschließend kann man nach wenigen Schritten zu Fuß mit einem der beiden Aufzüge in den Altstadtbereich hochfahren. Wir sind mit dem Aufzug ("Ascensore Unione Sarda") nach oben gefahren, da der andere leider defekt war. Costanza war zu jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfreich. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würden sie zu jederzeit wiedernehmen.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Guido’s place was perfect for our 5 nights stay. It was very cosy, perfectly clean and tidy and we loved spending time on the balcony. Guido was a genuine and kind host with fantastic communication taking time to make sure any language barrier was not an issue. When he welcomed us, he provided clear instructions and showed us all the facilities in the apartment which included everything we could need making sure we were ready to relax and explore straight away. We would’ve hesitate to rent any accommodation offered by this host in the future.

Pasquale and Katarina were the most excellent hosts we have had in any Airbnb stays. They welcomed us upon arrival with open arms and a lot of information about the castle, area attractions, and restaurants. Our favorite was the suggestion of visiting local winery/vineyard of Raito! What a treat (and Pasquale was so so very helpful in helping with the taxi to get there - and calling the owner direct to let them know we were stuck in traffic and to wait for us- we got our own private tour😊). The Castle was unique, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. (Thank you for the welcome Prosecco). The Castle is close to the little town of Vietri, which has the best Limoncello, and locally made renowned ceramics! Pasquale’s recommendation of Andrea (transfer service along the Amalfi coast from Salerno to Sorrento) was excellent!!!!! If we hadn’t met Pasquale we would not have met Alfonso at the winery who recommended to stop in Ravello! Life is serendipitous!!! Thank you Pasquale.

What a magical, unforgettable place to stay! The home is the perfect size for two, and we felt right at home. It’s very clean with plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and cooking appliances. We really enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds singing and having breakfast on the patio before making excursions to Siena, Florence, Poppi, or nearby Rufina. The neighbor’s cats also greeted us home when we returned (very lovingly!). Would absolutely love to stay again!

We loved our stay in Rome! The apartment is comfortable and beautifully decorated. And the location couldn’t be better! It’s in the middle of happening Trastevere and walkable to the main sights. We worried the noise from the neighboring square might be loud at night, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Fabio was a great host—super responsive and helped us book a dinner reservation one evening.

Logement conforme au descriptif. Très spacieux, moderne et tout service. Idéalement placé, avec la gare à proximité et multiples services et commerces. Hôtes réactif aux messages. Seul bémol, personne sensible aux bruits, peut-être s'abstenir. Isolation faible : tous les bruits du voisinage sont assez présents (aboiements chien, personne en talon tous les soirs jusqu'à 1h du matin...). C'est le seul point négatif! Très bon séjour! Merci!
