Modern cabin with large terrace and idyllic garden

Skjoldastraumen is an idyllic and quiet place with the possibility of several activities and excursions. The place is probably best known for its saltwater locks that opened in 1908. The saltwater locks are the only ones in Norway that are still in use. The sandy beach at Notaflåt is centrally located and provides bathing opportunities on a nice summer day. Straumen school is also nearby. Here the kids can play and play football. If you drive to Nedstrand, you will find the well-known Himakånå. "Straumen er Draumen"

House in the forest - with fjord view

Recharge your batteries in this unique and quiet house in the woods in Tysvær. In the middle of Stavanger and Bergen. Slapp av sammen med familie/venner i idylliske omgivelser Med utsikt til ett lite tjern, sauer på markene og nydelig fuglesang er dette ett sted hvor man finner fred og ro. Her er det rikelig plass til lek,bålkos og grill. Det er gode solplasser rundt hele hytten. 15-30 min med bil til alle atractioner på Haugalandet. For å unngå ekstra gebyrer har vi valgt å inkludere alt i døgnprisen. Til gjengjeld ber vi gjester om å rydde og gjøre enkel utvask før avreise (se detaljer under husregler).

Stedet består av en fantastisk eiendom ut mot fjorden. Rikelig med plass inne og ute: Fem soverom, store terrasser og grøntområder. Utedusj og badstu med fjordutsikt. Stedet er et gammelt småbruk. Huset er i gammel stil og totalrenovert i nyere tid. Ligger i et svært rolig område med gode muligheter for tur og fiske. Otertong friluftsområde rett ved. Mellom Stavanger og Bergen/Hardanger. 30 min til Haugesund, 1 t 50 min til Odda (Hardanger og Trolltunga). Leies ut for første gang 2026.

Lovely cottage right by the lake in tranquil surroundings. Here you can relax and enjoy the days with lake views and nature outside the doors. Go to the lake to take a swim, jump from the jetty, go for a walk in the woods, pick berries, or relax on the large terrace. On stormy days you can light the fireplace and enjoy watching the lake. There is a fire pit on the terrace and a barbecue available. Short distance to the popular trip to Himkånå, Nedstrand and the locks in Skjoldastrømmen.

Leie av 14 fots åpen båt med motor er mulig , se bilde, kontakt vert for flere opplysninger om båtuleie. Gangavstand 15 min på gangveg til kolonialbutikk. Kort veg til mange flotte turområde. Odda og trolltunga er 1 time og 45 min unna i bil. Nedstrand med nydelige fjell, 40 min i bil.

Welcome to Nedstrand The property has large outdoor areas, terraces, playhouse and private beach. Walking distance to the store. Great hiking areas nearby, Tveiteskogen with many nice trails, Himakånå, Nedstrandsfjellene,. Possibilities for renting a kayak and there are good fishing opportunities. The apartment is approx. 70 m2, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room, storage room, entrance. Dishwasher, stove, fridge and freezer. Rented to orderly people, no smoking.

Idyllic cabin with jetty

Idyllically located cabin at the waterfront in Grindefjorden. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the fjord. Private beach and jetty, with access to boat (summer fun). Charming cottage in "Sørland style". The cabin is small but has everything you need. And from experience, it is the great outdoor areas that are used the most. There is a large terrace where you can enjoy both morning coffee and sunset when the sun sets at 10 pm. The jetty has a dining area for 10.

The cabin is located in a sunny location, approx. 45 minutes drive from Haugesund. It is walking distance down to the lake with its own jetty and boathouse. Boat with engine can be rented for an additional fee. Many opportunities for trips nearby.
