Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . In addition to an old presbytery, we have built a small annex individually for us, for friends and guests. Some of them are modern, but they still have the charm of the past. A lot seems cohesive to us, some things are still going on. So, nothing is standard. What we don't think about yet and makes sense for guests can usually be added quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the Ackerkante, so it is located in a small, agricultural active village.

It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island.
