It has a cozy living room with large window front, a lounge to relax on the terrace, two bedrooms and a mini workspace with (fast) internet.

This apartment is located above the wineyards of Nussbaumen, Thurgau in Switzerland. The apartment is modernised and furnitured with valuable old furniture dating back to the 18th and 19th century. Looking further downward the wineyards you will see the small lake of Nussbaumen, and further on, on clear days, you will see the the peaks of the alps from Säntis until the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau which are nearly 200 km away.

The Rhine invites you to take a refreshing dip in the summer months and the wonderful town invites you to explore. The apartment is located in a 4-family house. On the ground floor is our restaurant Uferlos on the Schifflände.

The romantic medieval town of Stein am Rhein can be reached on foot via an idyllic path along the lake. In the winter months, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth and atmosphere.
