Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Rated as a 4-star vacation cottage in 2024 **** Glamorous atmosphere facing the mountain: master suite, sauna, 2 person bathtub, huge walk-in shower... On the garden level of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (ski connection La Clusaz), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the cottage above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other tenants or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Possibility of cleaning option to be paid on site: €30.

Studio of 20m2, all comforts...on the ground floor. Bed 140 × 190 Bultex mattress, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, WiFi. Free parking space. Bus stop. Small supermarket downstairs from the building. The neighborhood is quiet, and the building is well maintained (see photo). Close to the Albertville-Annecy bike path, and a pretty body of water. Lake Annecy is a 20min drive. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, as it is not permitted in the building.
