We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

The Bauges, the Aravis and Lake Annecy will be beautiful destinations throughout the year. Ideal base for exploring the most beautiful passes in the Alps.

New rental, all renovated and very well located. Lake Annecy is less than 10 minutes away (about 4 km) and the nearest ski resorts are 20 minutes away.
