Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ugine

Sylvie and Philippe were very flexible hosts, even in terms of check-in time, we could occupy the place earlier. Sylvie showed us around and explained how the place works. The accommodation was also fine, clean, in a quiet neighborhood, I think it looks even better in person than in the photos! We only stayed one night, but exploring the area from here can be a good starting point for those who want to retreat, I recommend the place to everyone! It's also great in terms of price-value ratio!

Maria and Jean-Marc are very welcoming and very open hosts without being stingy with practical information. The accommodation matches the description of the listing exactly and is very functional. Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. Elisabeth met us when we arrived and showed us around her stunning accommodation. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed for our stay. The outside space gave wonderful views and was peaceful. The hot tub an added bonus. All in all, 10/10!

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Claire and Benoit are extremely caring and available. The dishwasher was unfortunately out of order but it didn't bother us at all. To apologize, Claire and Benoit offered us a basket of local products, we appreciated this delicate attention. Despite the rain, we had a very good stay. The accommodation allowed us to be calm, and the hikes rejuvenated us. We recommend this beautiful place!

Perfect cottage, which was as described in every way. A peaceful retreat in the middle of the mountains. The weather told us nothing good but finally, an exceptional vacation under the sun, between spring flowers and hiking in the snow. Ideally located for discovering the Alps and Mont Blanc Hot tub at the top for debriefering the day while relaxing with its sublime view. Thanks to Michael's wife for her kindness and advice.

The accommodation is very well located for discovering the region, both quiet, functional and impeccably clean. Guillaume is a friendly, welcoming and very pleasant host, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I would recommend it in a second!

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

We had a wonderful stay at Jéremy’s apartment in Ugine! The love and care he and his parents put into the place is visible in every detail. The farm is a joy, with donkeys, a little horse, two sweet dogs, chickens, and geese—you’ll smile watching Jéremy divide his attention between them all. The garden is full of flowers, the peace is blissful. The apartment is fresh, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need. Put on your hiking boots and walk straight into the mountains—maybe you’ll meet a mother donkey and her foal, like we did! It’s perfect for hikers, but also great for relaxing at Lake Annecy or exploring nearby villages. There’s so much to do, yet just being here is already a treat. Don’t forget to follow Jéremy on Insta to enjoy his trail runs and the loving care he gives the animals. Our only complaint? We didn’t want to leave. This place stays in your heart—merci Jéremy!

Perfect welcome, very attentive but discreet. We had a wonderful stay at Gérard and Anne's where we did not miss anything, there is everything to cook and to stay peacefully from the blender to the deckchairs in the sun (or not). I highly recommend this accommodation from which many hikes start directly. Small mountain restaurant and waterfall nearby... A real joy to live where you feel that the hosts really welcome you for pleasure.

Impeccable accommodation, functional, well-equipped, small terrace with great views of the mountains, 3 great restaurants right next door, paragliding takeoff spot nearby, sunset over Lake Annecy to fall to the ground, we only met nice and caring people including our hosts. Jelena and Julien's cottage is ideally located for activities in Pays de Faverges/Lac d'Annecy. It is clean and very well equipped. The proximity of the hosts is absolutely not annoying, they are discreet and there is no overlooking. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay and I think I will rent it again to come and see my mother. Thank you Jelena for your kindness and hospitality 😉

we had a pleasant stay. Stéphanie is another very responsive. She responded to our needs at any time of the day, even evening... a host of rare responsiveness so that we could fully enjoy the stay. The accommodation was impeccable. I highly recommend 😁

The apartment is located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, close to Lake Passy. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jean Christophe is an extremely friendly host and available when needed. I would highly recommend it.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a great time at the Grattague at Wilfried's place. Her warm and well laid out apartment is located in a quiet location. From the balcony, magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Hiking departure at the foot of the residence. Wilfried is an attentive and caring host. Thanks again!

We spent 3 days in Marilyne's accommodation, where everything is well thought out so that we can have a wonderful stay in this beautiful region. Marilyne is available, responsive, and very friendly. I recommend this accommodation for its location, cleanliness and view of Lake Annecy.

We had a great stay at Stanka and William's. The accommodation is impeccably clean, warm and peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains. There was everything you need in terms of equipment and the bedding is very comfortable. Good restaurants nearby as well as beautiful hikes. Stanka and William are available, wonderful and welcoming people. They gave us advice for our activities. I recommend this rental and will not hesitate to return to them.
