A few years ago we bought a land with an old house in Skalica.We gradually demolished the house and built a new building with the original character. We present you a unique opportunity to spend an unforgettable stay in our Studio, located in the historic, heritage-protected Villa Najáda. This villa is right in the center of Luhačovice Spa, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone, the spa park and within sight of the springs. The studio is ideal for two guests plus a maximum of one small child who can share a bed with their parents. We have one parking space available for you just a short distance from the villa, allowing you to stay carefree without the need to look for parking.

We offer quiet accommodation on the first floor of a family house with 3 rooms and a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. For children, there is a children's room with a bunk bed and a desk. There is also a work desk in the accommodation. There are up to two parking spaces in front of the house. One large van can also be parked here comfortably. Garage can be used for bicycles and motorcycles. The location of this accommodation also offers many opportunities for families with children. City of Brezová pod Bradlom (Košariská) is known also as a birthplace of the greatest Slovak – M. R. Štefánik, whose exceptional monument is located 3 kilometres from the flat.

Prostor Marie je menší ale plnohodnotně vybavený. Jeho formální strohost je v duchu skandinávského designu - dřevo, čisté linie a promyšlenost každého centimetru. Je vhodný na kratší pobyty, pro jednu až dvě osoby. Je umístěn v zahradě za domem majitelů se samostatným vstupem ze dvora.

Postavené vlastnými rukami od základov až po ručne vyrobený nábytok interiéru. Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.
