In the cozy living room with panoramic windows, large fireplace and open kitchen, you can leave everyday life behind and relax. In addition to the bedroom (double bed) with a spacious shower room, optionally one more person can be accommodated on the sofa bed (living room). A sunny terrace provides a further feel-good atmosphere.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

The attic loft apartment (built in 2018) is located in a farmhouse with horses and is ideal for guests (individual or a couple) looking for peace and relaxation who only want to cater for themselves to a limited extent (breakfast). The cooking facilities on the brand new wood-burning stove are limited due to the sloping roof. There is a small electric hotplate. Dishes, coffee maker (Nespresso capsules) and kettle are provided.

Discover many small details and refinements in the completely self-designed and restored premises. Feel completely at ease - surrounded by natural materials and lush nature. The apartment with separate entrance is in the lower part of my beautiful farmhouse. It is perfect located, a 5-minute walk away from the Rhine, 20 minutes by car from Zurich Airport or 30 minutes by car from Zurich Central Station. The nearest S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The apartment is perfect for nature-loving singles and couples. Swimming fun in the Rhine is guaranteed during the summer.

The apartment on the first floor is located in a former farmhouse and has been completely newly furnished. It is suitable for 2 - 3 people. The house has a large garden with various seats for shared use, as well as a garage in the house. In the surrounding area there are shops for everyday needs.
