Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ulcinj Municipality

Sead a été adorable et accommodant avec nous. Il nous a aidé pour trouver des activités à proximité et découvrir la région. Le logement de Sead était très agréable !

Die Villa ist terrassenförmig auf 3 Ebenen aufgeteilt. Auf Ebene 1 und 2 ist der Wohn- und Schlafbereich und auf der 3. Ebene befindet sich eine schattige Terrasse. Die Ebenen sind durch Treppen miteinander verbunden ohne Geländer u. Handlauf. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern und Babys wäre das relativ gefährlich wir haben aber ältere Kinder und von daher war das ok. Den besten Ausblick auf das Meer hat man von der mittleren Ebene wo sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein WC befinden. Nur in der unteren Ebene ist eine Küchenzeile und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer. Die Villa ist von vielen Bäumen umgeben was sehr positiv ist, wenn draußen die Sonne scheint. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage im Haus aber wir fanden es immer recht angenehm und nicht so heiss innen, weil die Wände isoliert und die Fenster verschlossen und verschattet waren. In der Küche sind sehr viele Utensilien vorhanden und es gib auch viel Strandequipmemt in der Garage. Vanja hatte bereits eingekauft und einen netten Empfang vorbereitet.

We stayed here for a few days with our dogs. Stunning house in such a peaceful location, away from all hustle and bustle. The host was super friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, he also had some great local recommendations for restaurants and shops. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, absolutely everything you may need is there. We loved the jacuzzi, it was lovely to relax and look at the wonderful views at the end of the day. The pool is nearly finished so that will be great too. Would most definitely come back again, thank you for such a lovely stay :)

Great stay at Branko’s - I was sceptical of the location at first, and Dobra Voda would not have been my first choice, but the house is slightly outside/high up, super tranquil, with a beautiful terrace. Everything was perfect. Branko also took us on his boat for half a day, seeing as the surrounding public beaches are so crowded- we went to secluded little beaches only accessible by boat. Thank you again for a great stay!

Spacious apartments with dedicated parking place, very friendly and willing to help host

Мы провел незабываемый отпуск на этой вилле, и могу с уверенностью сказать, что это был один из лучших отпусков в моей жизни.Просторные комнаты в марокканском стиле и панорамные окна с видом на море и ухоженный сад — всё это создает непередаваемую атмосферу комфорта и расслабления. Особенно хочу отметить уровень сервиса. Хозяйка виллы Светлана была невероятно гостеприимна и всегда готова помочь по любому вопросу. Одним из главных преимуществ этой виллы является её расположение — всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от прекрасного пляжа. Каждый день мы могли наслаждаться утренними или вечерними прогулками вдоль побережья и купанием в чистейших водах. Огромное спасибо за возможность насладиться этим райским местом! Я с нетерпением жду возможности вернуться сюда вновь и настоятельно рекомендую эту виллу всем, кто ищет место для идеального отпуска.

Prima, für unsere Vorstellungen total passend… nicht weit vom Strand und (dann evtl. Auto von Vorteil) gut alles Mögliche erreichbar. Wir fanden die Ruhe des Objekts als total entspannend (1a-Kontrast zu unserem Alltag), aber es ist auch nicht zu weit entfernt, um Kontakte zu knüpfen. Das Haus ist perfekt - es gab nichts, was gefehlt hat. Sehr sauber und praktisch zudem - die Beschreibung im Portal stimmt. Bei Fragen ist Jelena einfach zu erreichen und eine Antwort dauert nicht lange. Sehr angenehme Geschichte und von uns auf jeden Fall 100% Weiterempfehlung. Danke, liebe Jelena :-)

Smestaj je udoban i blizu glavne ulice centra desavanja,do male plaze peske desetak minuta,u blizini dosta restorana sa odlicnom hranom.Franciska i njen suprug jako divni i pozitivni ljudi koji se trude oko svojih gostiju.Franciska nam je svako jutro donosila sveze smokve i nasa devojcica ih je obozavala.Opsti utisak iznad ocekivanog i zaista zasluzuje titulu Super domacin.Hvala Franciska sto si nam ulepsala odmor,najbolji domacin kog smo upoznali.

Dona was the sweetest host—friendly, responsive, and always nearby if we needed anything. The apartment is spotless, fully renovated, and feels just like home. Amazing location, steps from the market and minutes from the beach. The pool was a great bonus. I highly recommend staying here! Dona ishte një pritëse shumë e dashur—shumë e afërt, e gatshme për t’u përgjigjur dhe gjithmonë pranë nëse na duhej diçka. Apartamenti ishte i pastër kristal, i rinovuar plotësisht dhe të bënte të ndiheshe si në shtëpi. Vendndodhja është e mrekullueshme, vetëm pak hapa larg tregut dhe disa minuta me makinë nga plazhi. Pishina në ndërtesë ishte një bonus i shkëlqyer. E rekomandoj shumë të qëndroni këtu

Very nice place to stay in Montenegro, so peaceful and calm area, clean seawater, the private spot with sunbeds, and the helpful host. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will come again!

Milan, mint házigazda kiválóan magas értékelést érdemel!!! Gyors válasz minden kérdésre, érkezéstől távozásig mindenben segítségünkre volt,hasznos tanácsokkal látott el. A szállás panorámája, tisztasága kifogástalan, a szállás szolgáltatásai hibátlanok voltak, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Ami nem Milan hibája, hanem az országé, hogy nagyon sok a szemét az utak mentén, a közlekedés siralmas, van mit fejleszteni nagyon sokat. Az áram és a víz ellátás miatt a kényelmi berendezések nem voltak használhatóak, de ezen könnyen túl lehet lendülni, nekünk sikerült, ez ne szegje kedvét senkinek. A szálláshoz szerintem elengedhetetlen egy autó bérlése, Milan ismerőse megbízható, korrekt, jó áron biztosít hozzá autót! A vezetékes víz fogyasztása nem ajánlott, jó áron lehet venni mindenhol vizet, még a teához, kv hoz, leveshez is csak ezt ajánljuk!!! Gyönyörű látványosságokban gazdag a környék, csak a közlekedés siralmas, erre fel kell készülni.

Albert i njegov otac su veoma ljubazni domaćini. Pomogli su nam za sve šta je trebalo. Smještaj je odličan. Odlična lokacija, prodavnice su blizu (do 5 min pjeske), plaže takodje 5-10min autom. Posebno dobro je to što smještaj ima bazen. U svakom slučaju, sve preporuke.

Great apartment, very clean. They really thought of everything (e.g. plenty of room for drying clothes/towels after the beach, fully stocked kitchen, big closets for clothes...). Seka was a wonderful host, available for any questions we might have and very responsive! It's great that they have a parking spot, it's right in front of the apartment, we drive a station wagon car and it could fit, however, I am not sure if a bigger car/SUV could fit easily. All in all a great place that we hope to visit again one day and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Beautiful cabin with a great view. Spotlessly clean with everything you need! A few restaurants and a market shop within 10 minute walk.

The views were stunning, Zaim who was working in the cafe made us dinner and breakfast, all provided on time and nicely presented. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. All important for cyclists. Bed was comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at the beachhouse. The location is really nice and the view on the beach is amazing. The house is very cozy and ai felt like home. Ardian always replied immedietly and was very nice. Can really recommend:)

beautifull place, so much peace, butterflies, insects and other nature. great view! papa makes good syrups we got when went for a drink at daria and damirs place. even ended up playing a game with the other guests. had a great evening. hottub makes it feel like a wellness spa. and we dont like going to spa's. but this place made me like it🥰 thank you so much for your hospitality!

Absolutely brilliant place, very unique and the host was excellent. Fab restaurants a short walk away

I was with my Partner for 4 nights at the small house. We had a wonderful time, sourrounded by nature, silence and peace. If we had a question about the house or other issues Pustolov replied quickly and really detailed. All in all we are highly satisfied with the time at Ada Bojana! Deeply warm thanks to Pustolov!
