Na raspolaganju je potpuno opremljena kuhinja u tipičnoj istarskoj taverni s kaminom, natkrivena terasa sa pogledom na more, prostran vrt sa ležaljkama, solarnim tušem i roštiljem, prostor sa perilicom rublja i ostavom za bicikle te natkriveno parkiralište.
