Just a stone's throw from the city center, only a few minutes walk to Central Station and the city's entertainment and shopping. Perfect if you value the proximity to the city center but at the same time want a quiet and tranquil accommodation.

Stay comfortably and make day trips along the high coast trail or take a break from the tent with a night indoors. 2 km to Hålviken parking where the trail towards Balesudden continues on foot. 9 km to the entrance north. 700 meters to the merchant's sea bath. 7 km to Bjästabacken, 4 km to cross-country skiing tracks. Possibility to rent snowshoes with nice terrain right from the property border. The apartment is connected to our house with common hall.

Walking distance into the city center, grocery stores, public transport and a stone's throw from the river and our amazing boardwalk that can lead to the city or nature and rapids. It is also walking distance to Bölesholmarna via Lundabron where there is access to the swimming area. Welcome, welcome.
