Quiet location, within walking distance to the city center. Very cozy apartment. Bread of AROMA bakery is highly recommended!

Everything was great. Very nice Airbnb, very new and clean. We would like to come back again.

The place was easy to find when the host gave clear instructions. The apartment was clean and bright. The air source heat pump cooled well on a hot day in the apartment. It was easy to get from the home to downtown and the surroundings. All in all, the perfect choice for a stay.

All we can do is recommend! We stayed for four girls during our hospital practice at Karin's apartment and were really happy. The apartment was clean and functional, the area was nice, and the apartment was close to the hospital. The shop was across the road. We even got a ride from the train station!

All the amenities at the accommodation matches exactly with the description. Everything was well organised and clean. Great place to be, will surely visit again! The place was a good fit for our activities. The apartment was located in a suterrain house where the accommodation was in the basement with large windows and patio door. There were both hard and soft beds. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathroom fresh. Good proximity to well-stocked grocery stores and restaurant nearby.

Went on a spontaneous trip with the daughter and wanted to stay in a quiet and nice place and experience the high seaside nature. It was worth going really, cozy cabin and high coast was beautiful, please come back!

We spent an entire week here with my girlfriend, another couple, and their 6-year-old, and we absolutely loved it. The house is spacious and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. Even though it was winter, the house stayed warm and cozy, and we thoroughly enjoyed all the fantastic features, including the piano, fireplace, and smart TV. There’s also a great selection of games to keep both kids and adults entertained, which we found really fun. Lars was an exceptional host—kind, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. One evening, he even messaged us to let us know that the northern lights were visible, which was such a memorable experience. He was always responsive and super helpful. Thank you, Lars, for making our stay so wonderful!

Very cozy and quiet lake house with beautiful surroundings. The sauna and the grand piano were great extras. Charlotte was very flexible and even picked us from Umeå since we didn't have a car and arrived by train. You could get to the house by bus but it's definitely more convenient to have a car in this area. The house has all amenities you can think. Not a complaint but be aware that the tap water is very iron heavy. Would love to come back!

This is a unique house in a unique location. It's hard to describe, you have to experience it. There is a fantastic restaurant called Kajkanten at the local port (5 min. walk). The pasta dish was the best ever. The host Linéa is such a lovely person. Highly recommended.

Steven greeted us personally and was very kind. He showed us our place and gave us everything important. We only stayed here one night but very satisfied with our place. When we left, there was another worthwhile tip for a trip from Steven. We would come back!

Perfect place in a peaceful area and the host is always ready to help anytime

We have had wonderful days in this incredibly nice cottage. We got a real wow feeling when we entered the cottage and also when we saw the balcony with the fantastic view. Having a private pebble beach by the water was a real plus. We have been on excursions nearby, barbecued and caught several fish at our own rocky beach. We have received a quick and pleasant response from Emma and also received a lot of tips about activities nearby. We are incredibly pleased that we booked this cottage and can highly recommend it!

Had a great few days at Päivi’s clean and comfortable place. She gave comprehensive instructions for check in and we were delighted to have such a great location close to a big park for walks around the sea and also close to town. A very nice place, close to the lake, a bit far from the city but well connected. The room was cozy and well equipped, as you may use practically everything in the house. The host is very amicable and reactive to respond.
