Kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer and microwave. There is a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. Option to use socket for engine heater. Loans of bed linen and towels as well as laundry detergent are included in the rental price. Dogs and cats have previously stayed in the house and are welcome.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

Simple house in stunning nature!

A nice and cosy old house set in the stunning Swedish countryside! Biking, hiking and Snowscooter trails lead right to the door! This was our family home until last year and the house is well set-up for families. There is a dedicated trail down to the river (300 meters) where you can borrow our Canoe and there are many nice swimming and BBQ spots within 20 mins walk/drive. The nearest store, train station and summer cafe is 7 mins drive away in Tvärålund. Buses run regularly into Umeå.

Sea front house in the heart of the High Coast

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Quiet and harmonious living out in the countryside! Welcome to a Västerbottensgård from the turn of the century, in a village about 8 km outside Vännäs. Umeå is about 40 minutes by car. Here you can relax, meet the farm animals or discover nature in the nice surroundings. Close to Umeåälven, about 150 meters from the farm.

Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. The house is newly renovated. On the ground floor there is a hall, kitchen, toilet and 1 bedroom with a double bed. On the upper floor bed for 1-2 pers. and 2 single beds. In the next room ping pong table and a bed in the alcove. 8 km. to in Robertsfors with shops such as ICA, Coop ,Systembolag o Apotek 70 km to Umeå. 80 km to Skellefteå 5 km to the swimming area
