There is a golf course, bathhouse, shops, art gallery and museum. Three miles away there is the nice slalom slope in Bygdsiljum. Two miles in the other direction there is a wonderful shallow sandy beach. Buses take you to the cities just 150 meters from the house. Then come home to the hot tub and a sauna with a view of the night sky. In the house there are also toys.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful holiday home 15 minutes from Umeå airport and 20 minutes from Umeå C. The cottage is located by the sea in Holmsund. With your own boat (boat included), you can get over to the island in 3 minutes, it is about 200 meters to the mainland. Grocery store is 5 min away. Sauna, relaxation area and wood-fired hot tub are part of what is offered. Outdoor shower with hot water. Combustion toilet Cinderella in separate building. Private jetty. SUP, kayak, fishing equipment are available to borrow.

In this cottage you have nature around the corner. About 5km from here you will find the popular golf course in Mariebäck. In Mariebäck, you will also find backfors farm, which conducts horse operations. From the cottage, you are very close to fishing waters and hiking trails. Other things that are in the vicinity of the cottage are the moose farm in Balsjö, beautiful balberget, the suspension bridge in the lagsnose. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.
