Genieße einfach das Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Im Dachgeschoss unseres neuen Reiheneckhauses befindet sich das 54 m² Apartment. Bäcker, Metzger und Lebensmittler in der Nähe. Bahnhof ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Schliersee in 5 Minuten und Tegernsee 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Skifahrer und Biker ideal. Eigene E-Ladesäule vorhanden. Wir und unsere 2 Katzen wohnen im gleichen Haus im EG und 1. Stock. Gemeinsamer Hauseingang.

Chalet Ortles Apt ll

The Chalet Ortles flat is located in San Valentino on the Haide (San Valentino alla Muta) and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The modern and elegant accommodation consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for two people and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person and 1 bathroom, thus offering space for 5 people. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, a satellite and cable TV, a baby cot and a high chair.

Lina is a friendly south-east apartment on the 1st floor of our house and has 90sqm, 2 bedrooms, guestclo, bathroom, kitchen and living room with access to its own balcony section overlooking the meandering stream Illach. The pull-out sofa offers another sleeping possibility, which means that Lina can accommodate up to 5 people. The house was rebuilt with local crafts, old templates, sustainable building materials and the latest technology in 2021.

Chalet Passeier - Zoll [Customs] A house from 1635, with a lot of history, lovingly and carefully brought into the 20th century by the owners. Treat yourself to time with your loved ones. Chalet Zoll pampers you with a mixture of luxury and tradition that is important to us “Pseirer.” What could be better than sitting with a glass of wine in the old farmhouse parlor and playing cards or cuddling up on our stove bench and letting the day wind down.

For your convenience, all shops serving everyday needs are in the immediate vicinity. For your vehicle, there is a parking space right outside the front door and also for electric or hybrid cars, as a charging station is available right by the house.
