Das Apartment Isabella befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage in der Mitte vom Ötztal 5 min vom Ortskern der Gemeinde Umhausen entfernt. Das Apartment mit ca. 33 m² im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem Eingang verfügt über ein Doppelzimmer, einen Wohnraum mit Esstisch und voll ausgestatteter Küchenzeile inklusive Geschirrspüler, sowie ein Schlafsofa für eine 3. Person oder für 2 Kinder. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC und eine kleine, gemütliche Terrasse.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. This newly built holiday apartment is located in Umhausen in the Ötztal Valley. Umhausen is only 10 minutes drive away from the ski area in Ötz and 25 minutes from Sölden. There is a seating area and a kitchen. Towels and bed linen are featured at the apartment. Other facilities include a terrace and free parking. Innsbruck Airport is 35 km from the property. Please note that the local tax is not included in the price ( € 4 per adult per day)
