Apartment holiday rentals in Umpqua River

It was a PERFECT experience! I would def rent again if back to Eugene … so clean, quaint, easy to walk to Hayward and local restaurants there! Melody was so quick to respond and helpful with recommendations! The place was spotless and stocked bathroom, kitchen, laundry! The neighbors and home owners above us were so quiet!

The Nomad's Nest is in a beautifully wooded neighborhood, close to many hiking trails. It has all the amenities you might need in your home away from home. The best part is how quiet and peaceful the area is--just perfect for a good night's sleep!

Michele's place was perfect for our stay in Gold Beach. It was cute and comfy, and had everything my husband and I needed. The area was quiet, and the view of the river is excellent! Michele is very responsive, each time we had a question she answered quickly. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My mom and I stayed here for the NCAA Track Championship week and the space overall worked well for us. The apartment was clean and had all the basics we needed-comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a full-size fridge with freezer. The host was very polite, respectful, and quick to communicate, which we really appreciated. When we arrived, the neighborhood felt sketchy at first and we were a bit confused since the unit was under the actual listed address. The layout threw us off for a moment, but we figured it out quickly. The first night was a little tough due to a lot of walking noise from the unit above, but after that, things were very quiet and we rested well. The furniture was on the smaller side kind of an IKEA feel but it did the job for a short stay. All in all, it was a solid place for a weekend trip, and we felt comfortable after settling in.

The apartment was exactly what I expected and very quiet. I had everything I needed and enjoyed staying there. I hope when I am back in Roseburg next year, I can stay at the same place again.

The Loft was such a serene space…. It is very well kept and the garden space outside is beautiful! We had such a great time!

This was a great place! We were able to check in early and they responded super promptly and were very kind. Place was super clean and was just right for us! I really appreciate you guys and allowing us to spend some time in your place!!

We enjoy the little apartment very much. I always complain about the beds so that is never an issue, just me being picky. I don't think you can ask for a nicer place. Quiet, warm and comfy and the view is amazing!

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Sunflower Seas. First of all, I LOVE sunflowers so I was super excited to find them all over the place! Everything was clean and although the space was small we had everything we needed. Great bath and shower, comfy bed, lovely outdoor area. Walking distance to the beach, too! Also, Norma was super responsive and friendly. My mom and I woke up to a minor ceiling leak in the kitchen on our first morning and it was fixed within a matter of a few hours! I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this spot to anyone traveling to the area.

Rochelle’s place is just the perfect Airbnb!! I wish we had more time to just stay and relax for the peace and quiet. Anything you could possibly need is here, it was spotless clean and everything is brand new. We look forward to renting again in football season. Thank you for your kindness Rochelle❤️

MO’s space was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked with clean, new equipment needed for cooking. It ha plenty of nice utensils and dishes. It was very easy to keep clean. The bathroom seemed very clean to me. The bath towels were clean, soft (and absorbent! ) There is plenty of room to spread out in the space and plenty of storage room. The location is in a quiet spot that has a rural feel, but conveniently near both Newport and Waldport…. just a few minutes drive either way. There is so much to do in that area, It would be easy to stay busy for several weeks! I very much enjoyed meeting MO and his dog. I felt safe as a single female traveler.

The 'Tree House' was perfect for our needs and was just as pictured. It is set up with all the essentials and amenities to make a great stay. Jason was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely book again in the future, we enjoyed our stay very much!

The Ruby Room studio apartment is a good little “home away from home”. It’s in a great location, near the best of downtown Eugene & very close to the university. The rooftop patio is lovely on a nice day and it feels clean, safe & secure. Neighbors are friendly & entry is straightforward if you follow all the steps in the instructions. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen & bath are well stocked with all the necessities & more. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot as well. Whole Foods is next door for groceries. We enjoyed Pardita across the street for tacos, margs and live music. Nearby Osteria DOP was a favorite as well. Great pizza!! Dining hours can be tricky in Eugene and things tend to close fairly early. The Saturday morning market is not to be missed! This is a solid option in Eugene if you prefer hotel alternatives.

We LOVED our stay at River Front!! The location right next to the Florence Hwy 101 bridge was AMAZING – a place from which to watch the tidal action, fishermen going up and down the river, birds and seals, and lovely sunsets from either the apartment or wonderful deck!! Another plus was being right in the cute town of Florence with many eateries and shops in which to browse. We just walked across the street to a fun restaurant for dinner and a cute coffee shop was immediately next door. The location gave as a wonderful base to explore other parts of the coast both north and south of Florence for day trips. We hope to return to this wonderful accommodation!! The apartment was immaculate.

This place was great. A note to mention- bring your own coffee. K cups or ground coffee. Everywhere else I’ve been (which has been at least 20-25 Airbnb’s or VRBO over the years) provided when a coffee maker was present, this one didn’t. Totally OK with that, but something to note so you don’t have to make an early morning grocery run :-) I’d suggest brining a towel for the hot tub as well. This place was quiet and clean and very relaxing. The view was nice and the outdoor area is fantastic!!!

Perfect in every way! The apartment was clean and well-appointed. The bed is comfy and the bath towels are super soft. A dream of a stay! I have also rented the barn apartment on the same property. All of my stays have been wonderful! Julie and Mark are exceptional hosts! They are very kind and gracious and go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Julie is a deeply caring, generous, and honest woman. She is an inspiration. I was treated like family. Even my cat was treated like family! Their property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The horses are beautiful and friendly. Wildlife is abundant such as deer, frogs, and birds, including wild turkeys. So peaceful! I truly enjoyed my time here. I can’t wait to return! I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. From the time you arrive to the time you leave; not only will you be staying in the most extraordinary accommodation, you will be treated with kindness and respect. They are amazing people!

The view is gorgeous. The landscape behind the property is just what the doctor ordered. 😉 The relaxing hot tub was a perfect experience. Very quiet and peaceful. North Jetty Beach is just around the corner, and provided the perfect place to sit and unwind, read a book, or just bird watch and relax.

Lovely spot for a visit. The hot tub was FANTASTIC. Rich was SUPER responsive. Nice quiet neighborhood. There was actually a football and baseball game that weekend, but we couldn't tell from their house, and traffic wasn't an issue in their neighborhood at all.

We were struggling to find a place that would accommodate 6 guests, Luckily we found Audrey! She was very nice and communicative from the start and the space was a great place to stay. It was very cozy but still spacious with a very cute little kitchen that had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the hot tub was an awesome bonus!
