Request was amazing! She responded very quickly to my questions and she had everything that we needed. The Chill Spot was exactly as pictured and in a great, quiet location. it was clean and spacious. I would definately stay there again!!!! Thanks Racquel!!!

My stay at this retreat was EXACTLY what I needed. The house was super clean, spacious, warm and inviting. The host sent me check-in/check-out tips that were extremely helpful. I love this place and would definitely stay here again. It was a lovely stay!

Ian’s place was beautiful and clean. My kids enjoyed the theater and the adults enjoyed the sunroom. The host was responsive and handled anything we needed in a timely manner. I recommended this place to a friend who will be in Atlanta in a couple of months.

Beautiful and welcoming home. Although it was only a short stay, we felt welcomed. Loved the snack bar and coffee bar. Jamie messaged me the day before check in to let us know that we could check in early if we wanted to at no extra charge, which was a BIG plus. If we ever come back to GA, I'll definitely book again.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

We stayed at Jaya's for a couple of days while we were in town for a concert, and the location was so quiet and had the perks of being next door to a track and green space. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Atlanta!

I could write an essay on how incredible this place is. The photos just won’t do it justice. It can’t capture the peace and serenity you experience. It’s only fitting because Ms.Teresa herself exudes just that. We are never choosing another place in the area as long as this is around. This is our second time here and somehow it was even better this time around. The value far exceeds the cost. Canoeing on the lake was among the most peaceful experiences I’ve had. It felt like we had the whole lake to ourselves. I could go on and on about the cleanliness, the comfort, the attention to detail, but know that if you stay here you’ll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and tranquil.

Communication with the host was smooth. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions provided ahead of time. It was clean. Would stay here again.

Danielle’s place was great! Not far from many places we went, about a 20 mins drive in every direction. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend or stay again. Thank you.

When they say quiet, they mean QUIET! I had lots of early bedtimes and equally early rises and I can't say that I remember much noise. The neighborhood was peaceful, I felt safe, College Park was right down the way so there was always plenty of shopping places around should I have needed something. 10/10 I would 100% book again.

Chase is the best host ever! So accommodating and helpful in every way. My friend and I felt right at home and were able to get organised for our 30 day Appalachian trail hike with Chases helpful hints and accommodating ways. His place is beautifully looked after, spacious and comfy. We feel lucky to have found such a great place and host. Thank you .

Highly recommend! Looked exactly like the photos. Very clean (coming from someone who is borderline OCD). The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe. I enjoyed the proximity to Piedmont Park, Atlanta Botanical Garden, and Ponce City Market. The shower gets really hot, which I loved. The AC works very well. No complaints about the Airbnb itself. The host was extremely responsive, kind, and accommodating. Can’t go wrong with this one :)

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

💯 ❤️ 👍 ☺️ 😎 No problems, very nice. "It's a suite lifestyle!" I loved Julian's condo. Clean, and stylish. Definitely, retro feel. Its downtown location was/is wicked cool, because, it was within 15 minutes walking distance from, the venue where the show I was in Atlanta to see was held. The local flavor is one, of a typical downtown setting of course, and one that Julian has no control over. I worried a bit, walking to the venue alone. But, relieved, that most everyone I encountered was pleasant, or helpful and kind. Or just, kept to themselves. I'll definitely contact Julian, again. If, I make plans to come, and stay in Atlanta in the future.

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

Was in town for a couple of nights and just needed a place to rest. beautiful interior and made me feel at peace and welcome by checking in and making sure everything is ok
