The Airbnb at Colony Cove was everything we needed and more! We were traveling from Florida with our daughter to celebrate her first birthday, and this stay truly exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating—they even had a pack 'n play ready for us, which made traveling with a baby so much easier. There was a bit of construction happening during our visit, but the workers were incredibly considerate—they paused work during our daughter’s nap time so she could rest peacefully. We were blown away by that level of kindness! The condo grounds were spotless, and we appreciated that someone came by every few days to clean the beach and remove the sea grass. The neighbors next door, who own their unit, were also a delight—so kind and funny, they made us feel right at home. My husband and I highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the USVI. It was the perfect place for our family getaway. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The house is beautiful, everything you think you may need is there. I took my husband to Puerto Rico for his birthday and when I tell you, the house did not disappoint. Everything was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. The house was very clean. The house has everything that you need to go to the beach, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards everything surprises me I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb that was so tentative to guests like it was just perfect. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed, I was able to cook a few days while I was there. It was so nice and peaceful like just being on that side of the island in Puerto Rico. Everything was just perfect. We definitely wanna go back and we definitely will be rebooking this house again because it was just a perfect stay. The host Cisco was great with providing directions to the house, very attentive, even allowing us easier access in and out of the property, which made it so much smoother. Amazing home! Paul's place was peaceful and pristine, everything was as described. The balcony was my favorite part, I got to relax - the view was incredible and the breeze was awesome. A great time was had. Only thing I would change is the lockbox - it's a little on the older side and takes a while to open. Thanks Paul I look forward to returning.

Place was nice and roomy. Lots of space! We had enough room for our one friends to show a few of the couples in our group how to swing dance. View in the front and back of the place were awesome, especially of the rainforest in the back! Things to know: Lots of mosquitoes, make use of the zappers provided! Air conditioner in the kitchen doesn’t do a great job of keeping that area and the dining area cool. Everywhere else, the a/c worked great! 1 bathroom has no hot water, and during our a stay, a second bathroom was also unable to get hot water. So, the only bathroom with hot water was in the master bedroom, which wasn’t ideal. It wasn’t that much of a problem except for night showering. During the day, the sun must have kept the ground so warm that the water was still lukewarm and not too cold. You may get suddenly told about scheduled landscape and other maintenance techs that you will have to leave the gate unlocked for them to get in.

Great location great spot it was very accommodating for everyone in my group. It had enough room and the host was amazing! Very responsive whenever I reached out. She also provided local recommendations which came in handy. I would recommend and stay next when I come next year. The only thing I would asked for in the future is extra tissue and garbage bags (unless k missed and didn’t see, o could’ve reached out but it was my last day at the house so I did not). Other than that it was very great and I loved the two separate floors and the backyard was nice to Sit and relax when we were not on the move.

House was amazing and the views were picturesque. our family spent hours enjoying the pool and gazebo area. The locks on the doors and gates outside definitely helped us feel save with our more "adventurous" little ones. Thanks Cuyler!

The stay was wonderful! The home was very cozy and felt like a second home. It was conveniently located close to everything especially the airport, which made our last day in PR stress-free. The neighborhood was calm and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’d definitely love to rent this place again when we return!

Clean reliable in comfort of home with acces to highways, and local roads that takes you to this beautiful little paradise full of beaches , local rivers and the highest mountain in PR, El Yunque. All these goodies a a reasonble economy price. Loved it!!!.......

I thought it was ocean view but the beach is just a few min walk. I appreciated the quiet corner of the house, and got to know the neighbors. I liked the private parking, the access to the patio and the cleanliness of the house. They were very responsive & even let me extend my stay last minute because of flight change. I'll definitely be back. I loved luquillo and 🇵🇷 overall. My stay was close to everything and made exploring easier.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home had stunning views, tons of space for all of my guests, and was overall just a super cute and thoughtfully designed space. We felt very safe and comfortable the entire time, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

At first, I thought this spot was a scam, no reviews and all. Turns out, it’s brand new and legit. Just 5 minutes from the airport, super clean, mad comfy, and every room’s got its own TV. The blackout shades? Game changers. Slept like a rock. Location’s prime, and getting around with Uber was easy and cheap. No cap, I’d stay here again

Brooke was an amazing host. They made sure my wife and I were taken care of, from giving us tips to checking in just to make sure we were doing okay. The place felt really homey and comfortable, which made the whole stay even better. There are occasional blackouts in the area, but Brooke was totally prepared for it.

Edwin was an amazing host, providing great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing within walking distance of the apartment. He even offered to drive me to El Yunque to do some hiking! Edwin’s place was super cozy, the air conditioning worked great, and was a perfect home away from home. I would love to come back!

The airbnb was the perfect space for our Family. We traveled with 6 total and had plenty of space. It matched the photos perfectly and was very clean inside. Host was always very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect!!! I found this place last minute as there was an issue with my previous Airbnb. Adrian was very accommodating and let us check in early! The place was very clean and free of clutter. The location is perfect, there’s a bunch of food areas around, Condado beach is about a 10 minute walk, and Walmart maybe a 5 minute walk. There is also a gated parking space! Overall, I would 100% stay here again!

I had a great time staying here with my spouse for my birthday and babymoon. Osvaldo was responsive and very accommodating. We also liked that there were beach towels and beach chairs available for us to use instead of having to rent some. We would definitely come back!
