Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in United States Virgin Islands

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

If you’re looking for a magical place to stay and de-compress look no further. A sanctuary of peace, nature and the combination of the amenities will have doble thinking about the check-out. This a Casita I WOULD 100% recommend and return to. Thank you to Edgardo for being an excellent host and sharing such a special place.

Jon is a wonderful host. We have stayed there multiple times and are always pleased and amazed at the house. So much room, and the kitchen and living area are incredible to hang out in. Looking out of the house through the sliding doors to the bay cannot be accurately described. Great location for a direct walk to downtown Cruz Bay and all restaurants. You have to stay here!

This place was spotless! We knew right away it'd be amazing. Everything we needed was there, we didn't want for anything. I highly recommend it. We loved relaxing on the patio and by the water in the evenings, and morning coffee watching the ocean and ships was perfect.

This was a great stay for us. Plenty of room and a beautiful view. The house was comfortable and had all the things you could use for a beach trip. We enjoyed it very much!!!

Perfect house in perfect location. Very well stocked with essentials which was nice given stores are a little bit of a drive - Gave us a chance to get settled. We loved it! My only note is if you rent a jeep, it is difficult to park inside the small parking area within the gate, but we had no issues just parking on the side of the road outside of the gated entry. A smaller car would probably fit fine. We are already planning our return!

This Airbnb was great for my 30th birthday. The pictures don’t do the scenery justice. The host was fast responding and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I would say is a rental for transportation would be nice to have considering the location of the Airbnb is about 30 minutes away from San Juan. Other than that I had a great stay!

We enjoyed Lili’s place a lot. It’s in a pretty rural area with nice neighbors. The house was super comfortable and very clean. Lili was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Mariano’s place was perfect for my wife and I. We both work at home and love kiteboarding. His place was super clean, extremely comfortable and private. The internet was great and we worked and played. Easily walk to the kite beach and let it rip. Amazing stay, looking forward to staying here on our next visit.

We really enjoyed our time here, which was a short drive from CRUZ BAY and not difficult to navigate to using Google Maps. This unit was a peaceful and comfortable place to come back to after a day of hiking and snorkeling, and the accommodations were simple but perfectly sufficient for our needs. The very friendly Peter the house cat welcomed us back every day, and we loved hearing the symphony of nature sounds at night on the front porch. The A/C and ceiling fans in the unit kept us cool and sleeping well. We made dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. The washer/dryer and beach chairs were convenient to have access to. There were a few instances of brief power outages and loss of water pressure in the shower, but travelers to USVI should expect this from time to time as part of life on the island. The important thing is Tina and Joe took care to quickly address anything that came up and it never affected the enjoyment of our stay. We'd love to come back someday.

We had an excellent stay at Dean and Melissa's. The view is spectacular and just like the photos on the listing! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided some great recommendations. Their apartment has everything you might need (and more) for your stay. Feels/sounds like you're in the rainforest at night with sounds of nature. You can hear the few cars that drive by from the road so if you're someone that needs complete quiet at night you may take that into consideration - it did not bother us in the slightest. Would highly recommend Dean and Melissa's place if you're planning a trip to the USVI!

This place was worth the money. They communicated very well. And the golf cart was a great add on! Definitely purchase it if it’s available!

Our stay at Eric’s place in St. Thomas was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking. The space itself was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Eric was an outstanding host, super communicative and full of great recommendations that really enhanced our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to come back again!

We loved our stay! This location is very convenient if you want to be able to access all areas of the island.

We arrived on a Thursday and the prior occupant had left the units couch wet. Ganesh and the team of Adam and Jackie let us know prior to arrival and put us in another unit at the property for the first night. While inconvenient they were very accommodating and showed sincere regret for our issue. The team was very responsive to anything we needed and the unit was clean. Unit #6 sits by the pool and has a wonderful view of Christensted and the Caribbean as well as the regular seaplane landing. Keep in mind you will have other guests outside the unit around the pool during the day sometimes but it really wasn’t that intrusive and the view and quality of the surroundings made it all ok. This property would be great for a wedding or family retreat if you rented all or most of the units. The value for what we paid was good compared to our other VI vacations on St John, St Thomas or Tortola. Many fun beach bars and beaches as well as the boardwalk in Christiansted.

This place was *almost* exactly what we expected. Judging from the photos we thought this was beach front, but its not. Its a short walk to Sapphire beach, which has a beach club atmosphere (dont skip the wings at the pizza spot) Despite this fact, Jennifer was an incredible host. The place was clean and inviting, and not so luxurious we were worried about anything. We loved the patio, the neighbors, the stray kitties and chickens and would definitely stay here again. Our flight was early and she accommodated an early check in, no problem and was really responsive with our questions. Anyone who stays here who doesn't love the beach club vibe at Sapphire, we recommend Lindquist and Secret Harbor for sand and snorkle fun, they were both within 5 minutes from the house and day trips of a lifetime ♡ Thanks Jennifer! Our time was so special and its all thanks to you and your lovely place.

We had such a great time at Deb and Rob’s place! Deb was extremely responsive and always asking if we needed anything. We went on their Sail the Cosmos snorkeling tour and had so much fun! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at Sharon's condo. The highlight was being able to sit outside and enjoy the view of the beach and ocean!

The place was as described, close to Red Hook and very short walk to Sapphire Beach! Had two swimming pools available to use, grills to cook on, etc. Sue was very helpful and responsive, would definitely stay at her place again!

Ben and Erica were great hosts. They answered our questions promptly. The location was perfect, and the condo was as described. Would recommend Ben and Erica’s place and plan to return.

LISTEN TO YOUR HOST! Laverne strongly recommended we get a rental car — my wife and I love to walk so we didn’t get one — we will not go back to St. Thomas unless we rent a car! Now the space: the pictures don’t do it justice the bedroom, pool area, bathroom, and living room are larger than perceived in photos and the kitchen has ample room for one cook at a time, two if you’re skilled! All areas of the accommodation were spotless and insectless inside! The bed is better than ours at home and we’re still thinking about that one of a kind bathroom and the pool lights! I swear the walls are sound proof, there were families in either side of us with kids and we never heard a peep inside. The property grounds and walkways are well maintained Laverne is a master of instructions. We never had to double text, ask what was meant, clarify our end, it was smoother than we had even hoped and for that we would recommend this place to anyone, especially for their honeymoon like we did!

Would highly recommend! STUNNING view, well thought of amenities, gourmet kitchen, and fabulous resort. The host was easy to contact and provided clear instructions for check in and checkout procedures! Checkout the resort restaurants for amazing food and atmosphere. We also loved having THREE private pools!

If you're staying in St. Thomas, this place is a dream come true. It's in a great location, easy to find/access, and extremely private and peaceful. The host provided great instructions, resources, and local recommendations and made the overall experience very easy. You can tell they have plenty of experience hosting, because anything you will possibly need is in the space--including beach chairs, an umbrella, and snorkels, which were very useful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, the bed is super comfortable, and all the furniture (especially the patio) are great quality. The view from the house is absolutely stunning, and even the great photos don't do it justice. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with this place. I've stayed in a lot of Airbnb's, and this might just be my all-time favorite. 10/10 stay! Also-- if you plan to visit St. John (recommend), this place is conveniently close to the Red Hook ferry departure.

Hands down the BEST air bnb we have ever stayed in. Cinda’s place really is amazing. It was spotless clean and had everything you would need and then some. From loofas for the showers to a few local beers in the fridge waiting for us. The view from the balcony is exactly as pictured and completely breathtaking. Multiple pools steps out the door from the condo as well as 2 restaurants. Sun and sea and ocean 180. (Get the surf and turf tacos from Sun and Sea) The entire condo is extremely modern and high end there really isn’t a single downside to this place. Taxis are easy to get right outside of your door and so many beach’s and restaurants close by. Cinda provides you with a massive packet of things to do and must sees while there. She goes above and beyond in every way and checked in several times to see if we needed anything. Not only was it the best air bnb we’ve ever had but the best host as well it’s clear how much she cares about your stay. Thank you Cinda! We will be back!
