Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in United States Virgin Islands

What a beautiful, magical place! The views from our second floor terrace were spectacular and the sounds of the birds and the frogs were beautiful (note, there are also sounds from the rooster who wakes up before dawn and a ram, so bring earplugs of you are a light sleeper). This is essentially “glamping” but very clean, comfortable rooms with no “critters”. The driveway can be a bit “technique sensitive”, but we were able to navigate it in a little rental car. The young host family are locals of Patillas and were very responsive and flexible. The dogs on property were all mellow / friendly and the cats are aloof but seem to be doing a great job - no rodents were sighted! lol

Fue un fin de semana extraordinario con mi familia...disfrutamos al maximo y el anfitrion siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda o pregunta...todo muy lindo y en perfectas condiciones, mi familia quiere volver pronto, incluso unos invitados que tuve quedaron encantados y tambien se interesaron en reservar, el anfitrion fue muy amable siempre.

This was a great place to stay! It was close to San Juan and the area was still touristy with hotels, beaches and restaurants. Natalie was super responsive and came and helped us whenever needed and we were able to call her with any questions we had. She was super friendly and made us feel right at home!

The place was exactly as described. And Rafael was extremely responsive and informative of the apartment as well as the area.

Beautiful place. Description of the place as written is very accurate if not better! The area is safe and spectacular view. I highly recommend this place. Maribel is extremely attentive and very helpful with any needs or questions. My teenagers loved the beach there and the equipment for the beach and entertainment is there for use. 10/10 I will definitely use this place if I go back to PR!

This has been an amazing experience!! the place is very comfortable and clean. The location is just perfect, the beach is downstairs, grocery walking distance, bars and restaurants walking distance and everyone is super friendly. The host, Laura and her son Luis are unbelievably kind and welcoming. They get way out of their way to help with anything you need. Communication is first class. I will be back to this place FOR SURE!!

Highly recommend, this place was a GEM! Very peaceful, spacious and comfortable. The lady who helps him run the property was very friendly, hardworking and accommodating. I am going to miss her 3 dogs, especially the black one. It has a pool and is very close to pelican's cove!

It was a very great place. Very great host there there to help you 24 hours a day very kind very good secure location with Evard dogs. I would recommend anyone to stay here as I’m gonna be here next month and I will stay there again.

Beautiful view and location if you want beach time! Walkable to food spots and very close to the airport. Clean and what we needed. The apartment in itself was very nice, but the overall building requires some maintenance and cleaning

Be aware that there is only one set of keys which can be difficult to coordinate with four people as you need a key for everything- inside, balcony, pool, beach etc- other than that, everything was great.
