Boat is conveniently located on the border between two towns, Belmar and Neptune, only minutes away from the beautiful beaches, cute cafes, wonderful restaurants, and hoppin bars. Whether you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway or a party-filled weekend at the shore, cant find a better location. You cannot take the boat out. The boat must remain docked.

Welcome Aboard! Our beautiful & spacious 40-foot sailboat will be a unique, salt-life experience to remember! She's got 2 cabins and is docked in a private marina w/ electricity, AC/heat, kitchen & more. You'll have access to amazing sunrises and sunsets, kayak, marina access, beach supplies, etc. Great location for beach access and local activities. Sailing charters can be arranged for addt’l fee. Ideal for couples or small family (5 max). PETS approved case-by-case basis for extra fee.

Boatel California Stay on a Boat in Ventura Harbor

This is the "Sister Ship to "Ventura Boatel". It is a boat so more like a large Floating RV than a hotel! There is plenty of room to sleep and relax. The boat doesn't ever leave the dock. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village and also to the beach. Ask about having brunch delivered to your Boatel, comedy show tickets, etc.

This ferrocement boat was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Restaurant/bar, pool, laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

Ahoy, the Obsession is currently not available for booking. We are doing many necessary repairs to the boat and updating the motor so we can offer sailing again hopefully. We hope to return to service after June 1, 2025. Please contact us for further information. Marina services (2 min walk) include a restaurant bar, showers/laundry, bathrooms and free parking. There is one set up sleeping area for two adults and a couch if you bring your own sleeping linens/bag.
