Kathleen’s home was a beautiful place to stay. The accommodations were comfortable and modern, the home was very clean and clutter free. There was plenty to do in the area, the check in process was very simple and clear, as was the checkout process as well.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Katerina many thanks for hosting us - you have an amazing place and we hope to return on a few months! Take care and thanks tons for everything!!

Sean was absolutely incredible! Due to an unexpected issue with our previous stay, we had to book last minute—and he welcomed us without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property itself is stunning—serene, safe, and beautifully maintained. Five stars all around!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Jeneene's home. Jeneene was exceptionally communicative, responsive and thoughtful, including leaving a sweet congratulatory note to our daughter (who was graduating), providing local recommendations specific to our needs, and allowing us late check out. This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

Pauline’s place was amazing , our family and friends stayed for a lacrosse tournament and we got to enjoy the pool / beautiful outdoor space & AC / game room inside on a hot weekend. Every time we had a question they were quick to respond. We hope to return soon, perfect for a weekend get away.

Caryle’s place was in a very peaceful neighborhood, very private and relaxing. The kitchen had what we needed and the living room was a great place to sit and read. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

We Loved Danielle's house! She is very responsive when reaching out to any concerns we had. Our family came here for 2 graduations. Very close to schools and walkable to restaurants & parks. The photos on here matched the house. We did mainly come here for the Pool and we all enjoyed it. We also roasted marshmallows in the fire pit. We definitely made some good memories here and will come back again!

Allison & Timothy are exceptional hosts. They gave precise instructions which are easy to follow. Their place is super clean and very nice. They responded to our messages usually within minutes if not immediately. The neighborhood is also very nice with friendly neighbors too. Highly recommended!

Ivy's place was truly a hidden gem. It exceeded the description. The back garden is unbelievable. We loved relaxing in the hammock and outdoor furniture and listening to the birds. It was so beautiful and well designed. SO MANY FLOWERS. I'd stay there again just to experience that garden. Another thing not mentioned is that one of the beds has an adjustable frame. Very much appreciated! And the couch was a recliner. We were always able to park right in front of the house. It's close to 40th Street, with tons of restaurants and the Acme. The street was well lit. It was close to the subway, which was convenient. Go Phillies!

Christine's place is in the best part of downtown - close to Rittenhouse Sq and walkable just about everywhere (from UPenn to Art Museum to Independence Hall) yet it is on a pretty quiet street. We happened to be in Phillly during a "heat dome" event, but the AC system and the ceiling fans kept us very comfortable. She was very helpful making our last-minute departure plan change easy and painless. Beds were very comfortable unlike many beat-up specimens we encountered at other short-stay apartments. Overall, very grateful for the ease of getting in and out and the thoughtful hosting touches throughout. And the roof deck has priceless views.

Great location in University City, spacious, proactive communication from host

We've stayed at the Queen's Star several times and it's perfect each time! Ian and Beth are wonderful hosts - always responsive and helpful. They were flexible with check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated. The Queen's Star is immaculate every time we stay and always comfortable. We enjoyed sitting at the cute outdoor table and chairs in front of the house on sunny afternoons and met many friendly neighbors this way! The location is wonderful - quiet, yet near many cafes and restaurants. We can't wait for our next stay at this Queen Village gem.

We really loved this air b and b… Communication was excellent with the owners and information was clear. Check in was easy. The space itself is really great. There is a massive window as seen in the pictures that is remarkable and lets in amazing light. We had plenty of room and the rooms were well appointed. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony on the 3rd floor. The master bedroom and bath were clean and spacious. The location was good for us as we were in town for a graduation. We would come back and stay here in a heart beat!

This is such a great townhome in a quiet neighborhood. I was amazed how private it is while still being located right in the center city near plenty of great restaurants. Having the off-street parking spot was perfect for us. It was so nice to just park there and walk everywhere! The home itself is great - open and very spacious. And the owners are so responsive and friendly! Overall a great place!

Jay was a great host. Apartment had plenty of space for my family and friends.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and very comfortable! You can walk barefooted and have nothing sticking to the bottom of your feet. We were impressed by attention to detail. The host stocked the bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials. We felt safe and secure at all times. And, free parking. Will definitely stay here our next trip to Philadelphia.

This place is a gem! With its location in the heart of Fishtown on Frankford Avenue, you’re able to get the city experience while still staying in a cozy home. Super cute space. Love the rooftop deck! Overall would absolutely recommend.

This house . This location. This host. If we could give it 10 stars ⭐️ it still would not be enough to express how perfect this choice was. It was our first time in the city and not only did he recommend great restaurants but he called ahead to make sure they were open, etc… Who does that? Felt warm and comfortable…like we were in a family friend’s home ! Impeccably clean which is extremely important to me and the neighbors and neighborhood couldn’t be more welcoming, genuine and always trying to make sure we had an amazing stay. Hated to leave honestly …and cannot wait to return ! What a lucky find for us ! Traveled w my brother, sister in law, daughters and son in law …and we all felt like we could easily live here ! Perfection in every aspect

Beautifully curated space and good linens! I felt energized in the clean and artistic space. Not basic boring or overly cluttered w mismatched items. Despite the challenges of the layout w bathroom on second floor, it was a lovely place to stay and relax. Sandra was amazing with response time and ideas.

We loved our stay! After having lived in Philly for 7 years, it’s always fun to come back for a visit and we felt right at home at Marc and Rachel’s. The best location in the city, and super beautiful and clean home. Highly recommend staying there!

We had a very good stay. The house was the perfect size for our group of 8 and we found parking with no problems. The host was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed.

First, this property is stunning. Fully built out with luxury finishes, hardware and furnishings. It was the perfect fit for our family of 6 with room to spare. The garage fit a Chrysler 300 rental mini van. HVAC kept us comfortable and cozy all day and thru the night. Our Airbnb host Robin was very communicative and timely with responses. Would hands down recommend a stay at this property. Conveniently located within minutes of so many cool restaurants and 10 minutes from UPenn. PS, the view from the rooftop deck was amazing. Thank you for providing an amazing home for our trip.

We drove in fairly late and although parking wasn't available on the block where the house is located, we found a spot around the corner and relocated our car the following day when spots opened in front of the house. Free parking was a HUGE bonus! The house looks as pictured and was very clean. I walked on my own (middle age woman) to a local bakery and Nifty Fifties during the day and felt safe - just use common sense. We also walked to a local gastropub in the evening (SouthHouse) and enjoyed the food and a great game of bar trivia. It was fun to immerse ourselves into the area a little. As others have mentioned, the place is incredibly close and walkable to the stadiums. We stayed here due to the close proximity to the Navy Yard - it was an 8 minute drive in the morning, but longer in the afternoon due to heavy traffic. This is a better value than hotels are going to give you in the area!
