stay at his place only for one day to attend my daughter's graduation. Check in is easy, the house was clean, spotless and perfect for my group. Everything was labelled accordingly. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay at this place again and will recommend to friends.

Stayed here as part of a weekend trip to introduce Philly to my young kids. The location was great, right near South St. and an easy walk to the Liberty Bell. The home was just as advertised and all that we needed. I recommend it!

Everything was perfect! Just as described it’s our second stay at this residence and we’ll make it an annual trip.

Meghan's place was just right for our family and our stay. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. The kids loved having a hang out space in the basement with their own TV and toys! Everyone got their own room and space. It was nice to walk out and be within a short distance to the museum, the Penitentiary, parks, etc. The only downsides were steep steps from the main floor to upstairs, but Meghan had that covered with baby gates which was awesome! Peace of mind that no little ones would go up or down if in place. Parking was iffy, but we managed to get a spot not too far away. Other than that, such a lovely little home with space to spread out. We loved our stay and would book again!

We had a great stay at Jory's in Manayunk. A wonderful house for a group-stay. Walking distance from mainstreet, beautifully sunlit and spacious, and just an overall great spot. Jory was especially communicative when we had a few time-sensitive questions which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend!

The house was great! We were close to all the festivities and the city. The beds were very comfortable and we were provided great snacks and drinks. That was a great treat upon arrival. We would love to stay again!! Thank you!

My bridesmaids & I stayed here for my wedding, and it was perfect ! It's a very well curated home, with lots of historic details, but and plenty of space for all us girls to get ready. I really appreciate having had such a lovely place to relax with my best friends on such an important day. Thank you!

Taniya's place was just like the pictures. it was clean and spacious. The balcony was especially nice to sit out on in the evening. Taniya was responsive to when we communicated with her. As there are few places for guests in this area, I think that Taniya's place is a real find.

I enjoyed my stay here 10/10. Cozy spot with a great view from the balcony. Fantastic pool. Friendly neighborhood. Also close by the train station which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend.

The Airbnb was beautiful, exactly as described and my stay was peaceful. The outdoor lounge in the middle is a great spot to hang outside. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this Airbnb overall!!

Virgilio was a fantastic host—friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond to any questions. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was provided. It was a smooth and comfortable stay from start to finish. This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

We had a fantastic stay at the Malvern Ave and Nora and the team were fantastic hosts. The amenities at the club house are fantastic. We loved it so much we have rebooked to stay in September.

My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb and would definitely book again. Tiona was very responsive and the place looked better than in the photos. The beds were comfy, the dining area was cute and having multiple parking spots was great.

The Jade House was my Philly perfect fit!!! The weather was less than favorable on our 1st night (storms + expected tornadoes) but I had no issue with staying in since the space literally felt like my home away from home. Had I not paid so much for my Roots Festival tickets I would’ve made it a staycation lol. But seriously the space had everything I needed, everything I forgot I needed and everything I didn’t know I needed. Cleanliness, spacious and the most fantastic host. I have no complaints!! Thanks Jade House!! Your hospitality is top tier!!!

Place was valid. Felt like home. The host was very clear cut with instructions and directions.

What a great place to stay! It was within walking distance of several amazing restaurants and only a ten minute drive to the zoo and the Franklin institute and the fairmint park. We were a family of four with two littles and they enjoyed the toys downstairs as well as the books. The place was very clean and there were tons of helpful amenities - including kitchen supplies. The spacious living/dining room/ kitchen made it easy to watch the kids while we did other things. The beds were very comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and the body wash/ shampoo/ conditioner smelled amazing. The absolute best part was the check out instructions, which asked us to simply turn everything off and lock the door when leaving. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place to others.

Great stay in Philly. Lots of places to eat and shop. Did get loud in this area. Beds a bit small but my wife and new born slept fine and I crashed on the couch. We ordered food the night and there was a stacked kitchen. A huge window to look out pretty awesome the window .

Very homey in a quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen made it very easy to cook. Comfortable rooms. Spacious and airy. Good WiFi. It was a perfect stay for myself, my kid and my dog. Decent street parking. It was perfect. Highly recommend.

We went to Philadelphia for our son’s graduation from Drexel so this was a very good location. The neighborhood seemed friendly and the apartment was perfect for the 2 of us.

This rental was perfect! In a great location, very clean, and easy to find with the instructions sent before our stay. Took a lot of hassle out of finding somewhere to stay in Philly.
