The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Our apartment is suitable for home office. It is in a quiet and sunny location. The entrance is separate and leads via the staircase to the upper floor. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, a cozy single bed (1 x 2 meters) and a cozy seating area that can be used as a double bed when folded out, as well as a dining area and TV. The bathroom, as a separate room, is only accessible to you. Starting point for excursions. Parking, small seating area in the garden under the trees.

Check-in is possible via key safe. Parking right by the house, 15-minute drive to Allgäu Airport. The guest area on the 2nd floor comprises two double bedrooms - a small living room with small dining table and a shower room. NO KITCHEN, but fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishes (dishes do not have to be washed by guests). A kebab snack bar is open in the house from 11 am to 8 pm. 150 m away is a bakery where you can get coffee & fresh baked goods

Our apartment is close to the city center (1,2 km), train station (850 meters), airport (3.3 km). You don't need a car. Supermarket, bakery, restaurant in the neighborhood, city center (marketplace) within 15 minutes' walk. You will feel at home. You live climate neutral. Our place(about 41 square meters) is good for couples, solo and business travelers. Extensive amenities available. The garden is also open to guests, but currently has limited use.
