U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz ist 100m entfernt mit direkter Anbindung an die Innenstadt (Sendlinger Tor = 2 Stationen, Messe = 9 Stationen). Geschäfte wie Bäcker, Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann und Apotheke sind in Fußnähe. Sehr empfehlenswertes Italienisches Restaurant und weitere interessante Gastronomie ebenfalls. Enjoy your stay! 🎅

Well-maintained, entire house within Unterhaching. Just under 15 minutes by S-Bahn from downtown. The house with about 110 m² has a bedroom on the ground floor, a living-dining room, a kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bathtub/shower. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and washing facility. In the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer. The property is in a very residential area in residential areas. Shopping and the S-Bahn are easily accessible at foot.

I go on vacation and rent out my entire apartment. It is a cozy, very bright gallery apartment with a south-facing balcony. In summer it gets quite warm, but there are roller blinds and a sunshade for protection and many windows to ventilate at night. Very quiet location, shops and bars are within walking distance. The public transport to public transport is very good. It would be nice if you could water the balcony plants once a day, so that they stay beautiful for a long time.
