Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

Nearest U-Bahn and S-Bahn station is unmarried 200m away, bus stop is right outside the front door. Close to shops. The apartment is on the ground floor with an orientation to the backyard and is therefore very quiet. High-quality, well-equipped facility. Wi-Fi available.

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.
