Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Der private Seezugang und die eigene Badebucht befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Weg ist an einem Apfelgarten und Blumenwiesen gelegen, der See ist in ca 200 metern fußläufig erreichbar. Eines der beiden Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit Außenzugang. Unsere Gäste erhalten -20% auf das Tages-Greenfee beim Golfpark Klopeiner See-Südkärnten.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig gelegen und bietet alles für eine ruhige Auszeit! Trotzdem musst du für diverse Aktivitäten nicht weit reisen,sondern bist in 2 Minuten am See, in 25 Minuten in der Hauptstadt Kärntens oder bei guter sportlicher Leistung bald auf einem 2400 Meter hohen Gipfel! Unser Nachbar ( ein Heuriger) bewirtet dich noch selbst mit regelmäßiger musikalischer Untermalung! Haustiere sind bei uns erlaubt!

In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
