Super nice apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, super clean, nice little garden with terrace...there is nothing to complain about at all!! Doris even provided us with a few beers and snacks before she welcomed us in a very nice way. We would come back anytime if we were on holiday in the Rosenheim area!

We immediately felt comfortable here. The apartment is lovingly furnished and with details, well maintained and clean. The highlight is the terrace and the location is great with the proximity to the lake! Frank and Domenik were very friendly and helpful and the communication was relaxed. I'm sure we'll be back!

Everything was as we expected. Right in the center of Murnau, shopping within walking distance. It takes a few minutes by bike to get to nature. The S-Bahn runs past the property, but was hard to hear.

We had a very nice time in Peter's apartment. Peter is very nice and always responded quickly. He even got our little daughter a high chair and a cot. The apartment is very nice, clean, large and modern. There was enough space for 4 adults and a child. The kitchen is super equipped and the Nespresso coffee machine is great, a dishwasher would be desirable. The washing machine is optimal with a small child (a clothes rack would be good). The bedroom in the attic can get very warm, but there is a ceiling fan and an air conditioner. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back when we go to Munich.

We had a wonderful stay in Gabrieles unit. She was a fantastic host, very kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. She communicates well, and made us feel at home. If you want an authentic Bavarian experience, this is the place to stay!

Absolutely perfect for our short stay at Lake Ammersee. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was cozy and clean. The check-in is super easy and straightforward. Communication with Tiana & Basti was straightforward and very pleasant. It was nice to get to know each other in person. We'd love to come back to you next time. Beautiful Neuburg isn’t in many foreign guide books and maybe we should keep it that way. The apartment is smack bang in the middle of the old town but the contrast couldn’t be bigger: it is very up-to-date and has amenities that older folks (like us) don’t even know (listening to your favorite music under the shower???) Anyway, it’s beautiful and comfortable. We loved the BIG table, the couches in the television corner, the two small chairs at the entrance when you climbed 3 stories and needed (and wanted!) to take your shoes off. Simply great.

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a great area, and we felt very much at home during our time there. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for local attractions and places to visit, which really made our trip special. When we had an issue with our car, the host went out of their way to help us – we’re truly grateful for that support! The communication was smooth and warm from start to finish, and we especially appreciated the kind message after our departure. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

There were three of us there for a total of 5 nights and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is very clean and the old town is wonderfully accessible on foot. You can reach the Baggersee in 10 minutes by car! Would book the apartment again.

Super great apartment in the heart of GaPa. Everything was quick to reach, clean, very cozy, nothing was missing. Bakers, butchers and restaurants all nearby. Four days when we didn't need the car

We had a lovely stay at Katharina’s place. The apartment was conveniently located on the tram line so we were able to get downtown very quickly by tram/subway! It was also nice to be away from the hustle and bustle - the apartment was quiet and had a great balcony to enjoy the sunshine. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated having access to laundry! Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

We stayed there for less than a week for training. Very nice bright apartment, everything clean and as described. Nice landlord. There is nothing to complain about :)

Easy and fast check in. The premises were kept clean and modern. You felt right at home. You can reach almost all activities by car within 20-30 minutes. Our highlight was the whirlpool in the evening :). In the evening & at night it is quiet although the accommodation is on the street. We had a nice, fun and eventful week in Erding. I recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Chris & Laura

The apartment Südwind of Tina and family, is a wonderful, beautiful spot on earth. The view of the great peaks from the balcony, such as Alpspitze, Großer Waxenstein and Zugspitze, is an absolute dream 🤩 with a coffee in hand, the first rays of sunshine shining on the summit crosses, simply absolutely perfect. Tina and her husband are two kind-hearted friendly hosts and it is an absolutely recommendable stay with them ❤️ We will see you at the latest next year at ZUT2026🙌

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, kitchen utensils had everything you need. Village shop and village cafe can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

The room was very conveniently furnished, and we had great space with 2 adults and a toddler. You can virtually drive from the apartment to the swimming pool by elevator, which is also very pleasant. Cleanliness, amenities... all good. It was great that we were allowed to enter the apartment one hour earlier, and then check out even later. This made it very relaxed. We highly recommend the host and the apartment.

The stay was really great. Everything we needed was there. The location is very nice and you feel right there. There is a special plus for the hot tub, which can be heated with wood. That was a great treat. The location to Lake Ammersee is very good, you should definitely be traveling by car.

This location was great for us as it was close to the town and friends/family we visited. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to be able to sleep really well. Thank you Bettina!

Nice place to stay, good amenities, lots of recreational opportunities in the resort, hiking trails outside the door.

There are several apartments in the house. The balcony is shared with another apartment, the garden anyway. Since smoking is allowed on the balcony and in the garden, we left before moving in. The landlords were very friendly and understanding and proactively initiated the free cancellation with Airbnb in agreement with us. Otherwise a very nice area. We only saw the apartment briefly, as Michaela was still cleaning when we arrived.
