Small apartment with bedroom and living room as well as modern bathroom. The house was completed in October 2018 according to the latest standards. An e-charging station with ecological solar power for your e-vehicle can be used for a fee. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
