Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

The apartment is located in an idyllic wasteland and is surrounded by meadows and forests that invite you to go for a walk and relax. The accommodation offers a large living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bedroom with a double bed. Next to it is a handicapped-accessible bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The location is ideal for visiting the Erding thermal spa, excursions to Munich, and for the Riem trade fair.

In Poing there is a large wildlife park and a swimming lake, as well as several playgrounds.

Charming apartment near Ammersee with garden

As a couple or family, you will be very comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The place is located in a spacious wooden house in the back of the house. In the outdoor area or garden there are three different sunny places to stay. You can cycle to Lake Ammersee within 25 minutes, have the S-Bahn train towards Munich at your doorstep and many excursion destinations nearby. The house itself is inhabited by Wilma and her sons.

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.
