Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Upper Franconia

Everything was great, Lucia was very nice and personally on site when we arrived. The house is super quiet and everything was clean, the kitchen had great amenities and everything we needed was there. The only mini small flaw was probably that a bed squeaked from my girlfriend :D Otherwise everything is great, we will be happy to come back and can only recommend the accommodation.

We had a really great time in the house – it was just everything you need, super clean and totally lovingly furnished. The location is a dream: absolutely quiet, in the middle of ponds and forest - ideal for relaxing. Communication with Caroline and Alexander was also super uncomplicated and pleasant. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

The apartment exactly met our expectations. Bright, quiet and perfect in size. It all worked out. From check-in to departure, it was simply uncomplicated with Jasim.

The vacation home is very quietly located on the edge of a village and is an ideal starting point for hikes in the area. You can hike directly from the house into the mountains. By car, many other interesting destinations in southern Thuringia and northern Franconia are also within easy reach. There is a supermarket and butcher in the village, while discounters and large supermarkets are a few minutes away by car. The house is a typical Thuringian forest house with small rooms and steep wooden stairs, freshly renovated and very well equipped. The largest room is a playroom with lots of toys for the kids. Communication with the host works very well, Marcus responds very quickly and tries to meet all requests. We enjoyed it very much. If we are in the area again, we will book the place again.

We had a great place to stay at cottage Toni! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the magnificent backdrop and sunset in the garden while grilling and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

A beautiful and renovated accommodation in the countryside in the middle of Franconia. The house was spacious and offered enough space for our young family of five, with a large, cozy garden for playing, exploring and being creative. A table tennis table and a foosball table provided additional fun for young and old. Everything was neat and clean, we didn't miss anything. The location is very nice and quiet, yet only a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and excursion destinations. The hosts are super friendly, respond quickly and welcomed us warmly incl. Excursion tips, restaurant recommendations and a sweet surprise!

Had a great stay at the chalet. It was especially nice that there was a lot for our children, actually we didn't have to take any toys with us. The kitchen was really well equipped, everything was thought of here! We'd love to come back! The only drawback was the whirlpool in the courtyard entrance, as we would have liked it better if it were on the terrace - not everyone always wants to be in the pool. Otherwise, really a great accommodation and an all-around nice stay!

For us, my family, these were very relaxing days with very nice excursions to castle ruins and castles that were carved in an enchanting picturesque landscape. Absolutely recommended as far as the distance to all the sights is concerned I absolutely recommend this accommodation. The day can also end the day relaxed in the private Vinori with delicious wine😉🥂.

The place has a great and idyllic location on the outskirts. You can be in the forest and on hiking trails within minutes. Ideal for a relaxing holiday with a dog.

The apartment is super modern, tasteful and high-quality furnished. Electric shutters, hi-fi in all rooms, everything new, parking in front of the door, rain shower, heated toilet seat with bidet. There's nothing to complain about. We felt very comfortable. Thank you

Our stay was simply great, we felt right at home. The apartment really offers everything you have at home. The bed is a dream😌. Everything is very clean, bright, spacious, even a generous freezer is available. Lots of nature directly within walking distance but also many possibilities to do something by car (Erfurt/Weimar/Coburg) 😊 but even after 1 week stay - the time was far too short. The contact with Nicole and her family was also very nice, you felt welcome right away🤗. We really lacked nothing, definitely worth a visit - be it for hiking, for city trips or simply to relax again. We felt immediately comfortable in the apartment. Very good amenities. Baker 20 m away. But: It is the main street of the village and noisy during the day. There is virtually no traffic at night. You just have to like the church bells.

What a beautiful, complete accommodation we have been able to live in the past few days! All the comforts you need! Friendly hosts and a delicious bakery a few meters away. The shop was also equipped with all comforts. Definitely recommended and who knows, we'll be back!!!

Jennifer is a warm host. Her whole family is magical. And the family dog is a golden guy with a smoker's bowl and a very soft core. It was a pleasure to have been at home there for a short time. Anytime again!😁

We were extremely satisfied with our small hiking group in Oliver's house over the 1st May weekend and with our choice. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and there is enough space to enjoy some undisturbed tranquility. In addition to the roles of spending time in the house (sauna, pool, garden), you can also reach many great hiking routes right outside the front door or from the nearby train station. There are also shops in the nearby area, as well as the opportunity to stop. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly knock on Oliver's door again if we come back to the area.

Great place, phenomenal hosts, pristine apartment with all what it takes to have a great time. However, the Belvilla organization did not funnel my requests to the hosts regarding children's bed etc. Fortunately, the hosts were very helpful and took care of it instantaneously.

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. Very good contact. We spent a family weekend there, even for the granddaughter there was a bed (with sleeping accommodation for the mother in the room). There was nothing missing.

Very nice place, super equipped. Unfortunately, the heaters were off (at the beginning of April) and were only turned on on request. The parking situation in front of the accommodation is not so optimal, you have to park further away & then drag luggage up. Great for larger groups.

It was a great stay in a very special place that was restored and furnished with a lot of taste and love. We felt very comfortable.

We (6 adults and 4 children) spent an extended weekend in Susann and Sebastian's house and felt very comfortable. The house offers enough space and is well equipped. In the house, you will find plenty of tips for excursions. Communication with Susann was easy and pleasant.

I am impreesed by the wonderfull localisation of the Long's Villa. The conditions were great and we spent there 5 wonderfull days. Long is very kind and supporting host. I would reecomend his house to stay to all, that would like to visit this region.
