Beachfront holiday rental in Upper Grand Lagoon

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

The house was amazing. We loved every minute of it and it had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short and had a great grocery store at the end of the road very close to an awesome donut place as well. Our host communicated perfectly, and if there were any issues, she was there to help. The neighborhood is up and coming and can’t wait to see what it’s gonna look like in the next six months to a year. Beautiful house would stay again.

A wonderful place, extremely close to the sea. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea. The host was very attentive and willing to help at all times. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was attentive. The apartment was super clean and exactly as described by the host. It has all the amenities for a pleasant and comfortable stay. 100% recommend the host and the apartment.

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

So easy to walk to the beach! Our 12 year old liked having her own room with the pull out couch and second bathroom and our 10 year old enjoyed the bunkbed. It was awesome to have a backyard for the dogs and plenty of space for our family to stretch out and relax.

We stayed during the face lift. Even though balcony was closed. I couldn’t be any closer to the beach without pitching a tent! Absolutely great location. Host was great even had some beach chairs and toys available.

Carrie’s place was exactly as described. Great location, took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The condo was clean and well maintained. Both bedrooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and had plenty of furnishings. Would recommend!! Thanks for the great experience!! - The Haney’s.

This condo was great for the 4 of us. Even though we rented umbrellas and chairs, we were glad to see the unit had some foldable beach chairs for us to use~ we did use them. Pool and spa~clean and working✅ROKU TV✅We cooked a couple of nights and a couple of breakfasts. I would suggest bringing salt and pepper and some PAM spray and parchment paper. Also, pack some ziploc bags. Or pack some tupperware type containers for food storage or taking to the beach. As the description states, only start up supplies are there. So bring extra paper towels, extra garbage bags, extra detergent, and extra dw pods, and extra toilet paper. Also, pack your own toiletries. The start up ones are strictly start up. There is an ice maker on the fridge✅I suggest grabbing a few extra bags of ice. DG very close✅. There is a pod coffee maker and a regular one✅Didn’t see an air fryer. Did see a griddle. Host communication was excellent✅Umbrella and chair rental-3 rows set up. I rec this unit for beach vacay.

We loved the condo! It was clean and spacious for 5 of us. Teens had fun walking around, there is pizza and ice cream within a block or two from the condo. There are lots of shops and restaurants. The beach was not busy at all during our stay. We will definitely come back!

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. This condo was beautifully decorated with a stunning view. Nick was so helpful from checkin to checkout. I’ve been a Airbnb super host for years but this stay showed me I could definitely do more. I want to implement things from my stay with Nick into my own airbnb. Needless to say this was an all around great experience! I would totally recommend booking this gorgeous getaway. Thanks again Nick ❤️

I went for a girls trip and we enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, lots of room, great balcony view. The security was wonderful at the complex. Pool area was very nice and clean. We would stay here again!

WOW, we loved the privacy this property provided! We brought our grown children and friends along and we couldn’t be more pleased with everything. We loved the cleanliness, convenience and the owner’s attention to details. Jodey was extremely quick to respond to anything we needed. We will plan to stay here every single time we visit the area! This was a great place to stay. It was near a lot of fun activities but still private as well. We enjoyed the chair service everyday and thought this beach area was the most beautiful (we,ve stayed all over this Florida coast). We will definitely come back!

Mimi’s place was everything we hoped for and more! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and scenic. The views from her home are breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. Mimi was truly the best host. She was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Every question was answered promptly, and her warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We had such an amazing time and are already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re thinking about booking—do it! You won’t be disappointed.

I can’t speak highly enough about Steve and Rita’s place. I communicated with Tita throughout the stay and she was wonderful. Upon entering, the place was very clean, had everything we needed and looked just like the ad. I may have found the unit that I’ll come back to each and every year. I highly recommend this place!

This place was PERFECT, steps to the pool from our back patio and steps to private beach access. We have never stayed on Thomas Dr before and have definitely been missing out. It was 30 minutes from Pier Park (due to traffic) but if was great to be away from the hustle of the downtown. The place felt really homey and it had everything you needed and if you forgot anything it was there. We were greeted with a snack bucket, beach towels, cooler for the beach, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, etc. She thought of everything. We are definably going to rent this unit again.

Had a great time,would definitely book again.Loved the convenience of everything.They literally had everything our kids could want to play in the sand with.Along with a lot of other thoughtful items.The golf cart was a major plus.Would definitely book again and our hosts were amazing!

I was only in town for one night on a long road trip and just needed a place to crash—but wow, I wasn’t expecting this. The view from the 13th floor was unreal, and the whole space felt calm and thoughtfully put together. I didn’t need to unpack much at all—everything I could’ve needed was already here. The bed was insanely comfortable, the check-in was easy, and I actually felt like I rested. If this is what a quick stop can feel like, I can only imagine staying longer.

This location was amazing! The condo itself slept 4 of us very comfortably. The beds were also so comfortable! Beautiful balcony. Two amazing pools right downstairs. Definitely stay here to be on top of the beach! Would stay here again. The hosts were very responsive and polite.

We had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend! Away from the chaos of central PCB. Easy access to the beach. Great pool. Condo is very comfortable and quiet. Great for our family with a toddler.

After an unpleasant experience at a previous property and a last-minute scramble to find a new place for the weekend, Madeline was incredibly kind to accommodate my family and me, even at 11:00 PM. We were traveling for spring break, and her place instantly felt like home. It was beautifully furnished and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The only downside was that we had to leave so soon! Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality, we truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking with you again

Such a beautiful home for our first of many “cousin vacations.” Nicole was very friendly and always a text or phone call away during our stay. She went above and beyond with guides she had put together for things to do and restaurants to try. The shed had more than enough beach chairs and floats for our party. The wagon was a plus. The baby accommodations were perfect for my toddler. We had the best stay and can’t wait to come back!
