Fully furnished two bedroom home with large fenced back yard only 1 mile from hospital, shopping, and dining. Full sized mattresses, hardwood floors, lots of tile. Less than a year old appliances. GAS heat. Separate laundry room. Has large backyard deck. Please note that house is next to the highway. Also be advised that Summer is Klamath Midge season. The city releases these non biting bugs in spring to control the mosquitoes, but by the end of summer there are billions of them in the area.

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.

Intimate setting with access to sauna in backyard. Also my massage studio, so you will find my tools and supplies around. Queen Tempur- Pedic Murphy style bed. My hydraulic massage table is also available for sleeping or can convert into a recliner. Wifi, AC/heat, TV, stand up shower, simple kitchenette: mini fridge, microwave, French press, utensils etc. Free parking, a 150ft walk to house. Not handi-cap accommodating. This was our second time staying at Mich’s place and we plan to continue coming back! Mich was responsive and easy to communicate with, she goes above and beyond to provide a seamless experience. The home is cozy, eclectic and has everything you need. It’s perfectly located near the PCT for hiking and close to Mt Ashland for easy mountain biking access. The property is gorgeous with lots of opportunities for wildlife viewing. We Would absolutely recommend!

If you’re looking for a nice place to relax and just take in the nature of your vacation, this is the place for you! As soon as you walk in, if the drapes are open, you get a panoramic view of the river and trees around you. There were a bunch of baby ducklings when we were there. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is so big with a great table to hang out and play games with the family on. We packed our ice chests up with the our meals for the whole stay. You will be next to a dollar general and there is a pretty big gas station convenience store down the street as well. But you will pay extra there for the items you need. Just make sure to pack aluminum foil or parchment paper and some measuring cups if your making a recipe that call for it. There is a coffee maker and dishwasher which is always welcomed in a rental 😊 We didn’t use the sauna but we did use the kayak and the canoe. That was such a great bonus to this place! Oh and you get to park your car in the garage!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable home away from home. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful enough to relax. The highlight, though, was the incredibly friendly foreman who went above and beyond to make our trip even better. He not only welcomed us with a smile but also took the time to personally show us to a nearby trailhead for biking. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and the trail he recommended was fantastic! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy spot in a great location with a truly welcoming host.
