Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Upper Peninsula of Michigan

This place was wonderful! It’s easy to feel right at home and its location is perfect! There are food places that are walkable and is near a dollar general for any last minute snacks or other needs. It’s also incredibly close to a ferry that takes you to Mackinac Island so there’s no need to pay extra for parking. The place is clean and comfortable after a long day of fun!

Very cute basement apartment. It was clean and spacious. We like the area that it is in - close to restaurants, cafes, and small shops.

Really enjoyed staying there. It was quieter than we expected. Beautifully decorated and in perfect order. Superbly remodelled. Very well stocked kitchen. I've stayed in several Airbnb in Canada and this was a personal favorite.

We stayed in a walkout basement that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — a bedroom, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. It felt like having a small apartment to ourselves. The space was clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s just a short drive to Houghton, which made it easy to get to restaurants, shops, and Michigan Tech. The host was very responsive and welcoming. Communication was smooth, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

The lake view and peaceful setting were great. We went out in the canoe and we were the only ones on the water. Also, loved the jacuzzi!

My company travels quite a bit for work. Carrie's house exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean. Carrie responded quickly to any questions we had. If you're in the Boyne area, I would highly recommend Carrie's House!!

Each room is well-appointed with comfortable furnishings, ensuring a restful stay. The full kitchen amenities make it easy to prepare meals, whether you're cooking for the family or entertaining guests. Being right on the lake is the highlight of this property.

Beautiful backyard in quiet neighborhood! Quick drive to downtown traverse city and wineries. Good central location.

We would definitely stay here again. We loved being able to walk downtown and to the water. The condo was clean and quiet, and it had everything we needed. Great spot!

Went up for golf weekend and location was close to all the courses. Liked having the third bathroom which made getting ready in the morning faster. Would stay here again.

Location was absolutely perfect to enjoy the resort. Great space for large families. A short drive to various towns full of places to eat, drink, shop, and enjoy a Michigan getaway!

First off, Carrie was a wonderful host. The communication between us was excellent, her responses were very quick and super concise. The Airbnb itself was very well taken care of and clean. Without a doubt will be our go to, if we visit traverse city again!

Carrie's place was perfect for our long weekend in Traverse City. It was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was also spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely go back to Carrie's place again if we make it back to Traverse City.
