Access to a simple outdoor gym, wood-fired sauna, two nice bicycles to borrow.

The house is in a peaceful location but only 15 minutes from the central station by car, buses often go down to the center, 15 minutes walking distance to the bus. Here you will be able to enjoy a peaceful environment with nature next to the fireplace in the winter and pool with large pool deck in the summer. The pool is heated between June 1 - August 31, so 27 degrees around the clock :) I'm sure you'll love spending your days in this house just like me and my kids do. Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Enjoy this unique and peaceful accommodation with the sea at your feet, located on a small island very close to nature where you have the whole property to yourself. Paddle a sea kayak (included) to Bullerö, row to surrounding islands, run or walk on the trails, sauna in your own wood-fired sauna 5 meters from the sea and jump in from your own jetty, it is a nature experience at its best. In winter, you skate on the ice to the accommodation and swim in the water.
